    Meditation is a process of lightening up manifestation.guide of trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realizing that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. We can lead our life so as to become more awake to who we are and what we’re doing rather than trying to improve or change or get rid of who we are or what we’re doing. The key is to wake up, to become more alert, more inquisitive and curious about ourselves.

    Oh Sarah - I was in so much anxiety & had so much stomach pain for close to an hour. Nothing was working - not binaural beats or others specific stomach meditations. The only thing that finally started working was talking to myself in complete dark & quiet - then repeating self healing words. Once I was a little calmer I reached for your channel & knew I would find the exact meditation to help. Thank you so much! The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

    I felt a tension in my stomach and chest for like two months now, because of several panick attacks. Somehow this meditation made that feeling in my stomach losen up, i felt the tension disappear. I have used this a number of times as I love the positive affirmations included… but I just wish it was 30 minutes long as it’s over way too quickly! Please consider a 30 minute meditation as I’m sure there are others who really need the longer session. Thank you again from my very grateful heart. 💝

    I took my yoga mat to lay down outside with it to listen to this recording & WOW! I was so RELAXED that I couldn't get up for a few moments! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!👍😃
