  • Thanks for joining me today for this guided meditation for self-healing. Know that you have all that you need within to be your own healer and the practice of meditation is a powerful tool for healing.
    All too often we look outside of ourselves for the answers to life's challenges. When it comes to healing the body, we are quick to forget that our bodies already have their own innate ability to heal. We cannot outsmart our body's inner wisdom. Though doctors and alternative healers have a place in your journey, they only help us set up the environment to heal. It is up to us to do the work.
    For today's practice, let's tip the scale in our favor. Let's find a balance so our cells can relax and do what they have always known how to do.

    Despite my state I am choosing to beleive in this and meditated now at 02:15am on a Wednesday, I've stayed alive past the middle of the year and even though I'm not yet healed and I'm sat on the floor of my box room in agony surrounded by and getting no help I am staying alive, journaling, writing to do lists, browsing the Internet, tidying the floor of all the clutter however ages it takes, meditating, praying, existing, breathing, being brave etc.

    The pains become worse and more confusing by the day, 5 years now. It’s been a great catalyst for my awakening but I wish to continue my spiritual journey in a healthy strong body!
    Edit: I just finished this meditation. Through it I got pretty emotional. Like I was on the verge of breaking down and surrendering completely. Coming out of it, I really feel a lot less pain. I’m grateful for this

    I honestly feel changed after this meditation. It's like my body recognized this truth on its own and began to react physically. This was odd: My stomach gurgled throughout the whole session. Even my cat was clearly annoyed with this but she remained in the room with me. Then, when the meditation ended so did the stomach noises. Strange - but true! So, I guess for me it was a digestive healing! Haha.

    Thank you🙏🏻. I ❤ to start my days with this meditation. My body needs to be healthy again. It’s time. Working on it physically for some years now and that finally is starting to work. But there was missing something in this proces. Something important. Now, since last week I’ve found you🙏🏻.

    I have been doing this for twenty years and one thing I've learned from it is that every so often it's important to go back to the time when I began meditation and retrieve those elements that I'd begun to omit.     This is relaxing, i have severe anxiety and im having difficulty of starting my day and my workloads. i feel asleep for good 30 mins and i cant believe its helping.

    Im 4 days post op eye cirgury, i had my second check up today and my doctor is amazed at my progress, i can go back to work next week, he initially warned me that i may need 15 more days of leave of absence but that wont be necessary now, im feeling very positive and confident in a full recovery, thank you so mich for this guided meditation, so grateful of my body and my health, thank you so much

    Medicine man? Medicine Woman! She who heals, the Goddess, Mother Mary, Mother Earth, Durga, Green Tara. That said, this is a nice meditation. The Divine Feminine is who visited me, and I needed you to know.

    Facing a healing journey...
    This meditation/visualization seems to set up a meta-environment for allowing healing at a cellular level. Integrating breath, life-force, and mental and physical orientation toward allowing the natural healing process to harmonize with intentions.
    I will use other meditations too as time goes on, but this is now my daily core foundation for whatever else I will add later. Thank you!

    Thank you! I need two hip replacements because of an accident that started osteo- necrosis first in one hip then the other. I'm in Brazil & now the Coronovid 19 has interrupted life & shut us in our homes. Nothing is working & people are dying. Anxious times for all.
    I also have Stenosis which gives one Sciatic pain. Taking Cannabis Oil THC drops to substitute the heavy duty drugs. Agonizing, I believe the idea of seperating the pain from the body works.

    I'm totally hypnotized by this video... Today is my second day listening to it.... I'm an anxiety patient since I was very young, my high blood pressure was always in the high range and taken medicine is the only solution. I felt so calm n my blood pressure was tremendously controllable when I listen to this video, you are superb.....tqvm🙏

    It's been 25 days to my fistula surgery and the pain has intensified over the last week. I went to the doctor today and he said there has been an infection near the site of the wound. Over the last few days, I have felt completely lost. Helpless. And was losing the trust in my body to heal. I was angry at my body, at my pain. I needed this today. I needed this reminder. I plan on coming to this meditation every day for my healing. I feel something shift in me. Especially feeling that there are parts of my body that do feel good and that they are the windows, the openings, like you mentioned.
