Marcus was definitely robbed!! Just didn't have the aesthetics that they were looking for. They actually told him he needed to be bigger can you believe that!! I saw the man in person!! He didn't even look human He was so big and He was a nice man. Bodybuilding has never been judged fair in my mind. It's just like anything else too many politics
I sat across from Marcus in a restaurant in Vegas, he was only 5 feet away. I'd met all the other guys at the time, but Marcus was just gigantic!

Yeah but trying to be number one in the world at anything and more than likely you're not going to succeed The odds are less than 1%. But a lot of these guys were robbed and screwed over big time. Body building is too much politics All you have to do is watch the 1980 Olympia and you can figure that out real fast. When it was a different panel of judges at the GNC show of strength in New Orleans Ronnie Coleman got fourth and Gunter got first. That right there was enough proof to show that the judges were biased at the Olympia
I think that they should give at least one titles to those who were dedicated to the sport and actually were in great shape. Whats the point of giving 8 times mr.Olympia to the same person, if there is someone at better form who deserves the prise too.

Competing at Mr. Olympia is still a success, of course everybody want the gold medal, but being one of the top 10 heavyweight bodybuilder is still a heroic feat, because even if you didn't win you'll be somebody's hero and inspiration!

If Ronnie and Dorian never existed: Flex, Kevin, Markus, Nassar and Shawn all deserved the Title. But they all are Champions in all our hearts and we love them.
Though these legends haven't won't Mr. Olympia titles they have definitely won the hearts of millions of fans out there.

The real Mr. Olympia winners were Dickerson in 80, Samir in 82, Lee Labrada in 90, Shawn in 94 and 96, El Nasser in 97, Flex in 99, Cutler in 2001, Gunter Schlierkamp in 2002, Cutler in 2005, Victor Martinez in 2007, Kai in 2014. As for 1981, everyone beat Franco, hard to pick a clear winner between Platz, Dickerson and Padilla. Bertil Fox deserved better than 5th in 83, perhaps as high as 2nd, but Samir's back was too much for Bertil to place 1st.

Ronnie at his worst shape was able to beat everyone despite the gut, no one came close to him if you ask me except for Gunter at the GNC but not MR.O
I think they all deserve respect for the hard work they did to achieve their goals. Real people doesn't need any 🏅 to prove they are great. 196 cm and 140-143 kgs Lou was never really big in the 70s he was lean compared to arnold but in the late 80s Lou became a monster
@@hvafaenskaljeghete1800 in the 1975 when he competed with arnold he was bigger but arnold was a lot more lean and in shape that’s why he lost. In the 90d fitting his comeback he was even bigger and decently lean so idk why he placed so low
