I feel for him so much. Hang in their Ronnie because you are after all, still around with us unlike so many others who are not.
The fact that he trains even now in immeasurable agony is a testament to how strong he is in strength and mind. I feel sorry that he is struggling with the pain, but its great to see that he is still making the most of his life he can. Long live the King👑

As brutal as it is to see a legend in his current condition, you have to realize that we’re all not getting out of this alive and Ronnie 1000% seized the day and his dreams..He accomplished his goals, he provided for his family and gave generational wealth to the family name, he raised kids, he served as a police officer! And he treated everyone with utmost respect…He actually lived a life worth living for what he wanted for himself, can’t possibly have regrets. Also became famous and someone people looked up too regardless of what he used, you can’t achieve his accomplishments without working as hard as Ronnie did.
It’s so hurtful to see him - even if he have no regrets I personally think he deserved a happy retirement with a good intact physical health. But he loved weightlifting more than his own life. But no one can touch his achivements, physique and work-ethic - im so thankful as an fan and a bodybuilder to have grown up with such an amazing inspiration from day one!
If you are causing that much harm to yourself whereas you can't physically live then it's an addiction. Althought, he Mr. Coleman summed it best that "It's worth it!" I agree to disagree. Feeling that much pain can't be happiness or let alone convenience. At the same time, he fulfilled what a son should do, and that is to take care of mom and family. It's painful to see the Goat to go through this.

Compare that to the G.O.A.T. in basketball Michael Jordan, who is about the same age and still has his health, but also a net-worth of $2.6 BILLION today. NO, I would hardly call Ronnie's life a success at this point but more of a tragedy.

what most people miss is that body building and power lifting is two different categories of lifting weights…. Ronnie’s capability to lift VERY HEAVY weights for a BODY BUILDER is truly remarkable, and I’m not glazing or cherry picking anything. No body builder can redo everything that he did. even most power lifter fail to do some of his heaviest lifts. He’s truly an inspiration. If I was given a chance, I would live in the past to see his performance live on stage every. single. time. Truly the king of body building🔥
