Hi i just got the tu7000 at costco , on picture / expert setting dont show the hdu or 4k . how do i setup 4k or crystal view like costco

Can you manually add ota channels? If I turn my antenna, I don't want to rescan and lose channels I already have. Yes, you can. See the answer in my reply.

@@TechSteve I tried asking Samsung, via chat, and I don't believe the rep understood my question. I asked about the differences between TU7000 & the AU8000. They said the AU8000 has 'Q Symphony', where you can play the TV speakers at the same time as a soundbar. That was the selling point over the TU7000. Other than "It is a much better choice". They seemed more interested in just trying to sell me the AU8000, right then and there.
Edit: I have found out if you select the Digital channel(as long as you have reception), the TV will go to the virtual channel(one on the screen). Make sure it is locked in. Then it will show up in All Channels, But at the end of the list.
Great TVs, I got the 2021 QN90A and my mother has the 2022,if I'm honest I find the new 0S a little bit too much info in 1 area for their generation,they struggle,my 2021 is a lot simpler and easier
Can you add different profiles under the same email account? Such like I have my profile but able to set my daughter up a profile so she can watch her cartoons on hers

Big oof! I know now to opt for a Sony Bravia w/ Android. The Tizen UI is a deal breaker for me - its clunky and hideous. I have never vibed with Samsung GUIs as far back as Touchwiz.

I know someone with multiple “The Frame” tvs. They don’t mind the UI. I absolutely hate it. A dealbreaker for me.

I don't want promotions and I don't want suggestions. I want to be able to clearly see MY apps and the TV settings. I want to be able to remove the clutter and the things I don't use. Samsung gets a "D-" with this OS. Worst TV ever. Tiny, difficult to navigate things I want and gargantuan promotions and garbage that I don't want. And this junk is somehow chosen every time there's a slight breeze in the room. A perfectly good TV destroyed by a really obnoxious Operating System.
Get a 4k Apple TV no ads and will make the screen look better
