    Great video, do you have a video on the paperwork needed for a 1099 and or a w2 employee?

      Thank you!
      Check out the following resources:

      2) 10 GPT Prompts to Boost Your Cleaning Business in 2024 (th-cam.com/video/Wx5zqPhuibM/w-d-xo.html). I would use GPT to draft the forms and then have Legal Shield/Zoom or other legal subscription-based businesses review/make edits. Unless, of course, you have enough funds to pay the lawyer to put these together for you.

    How can a potential remote cleaning business measure quality in terms of the work completed by the independent contractors?

    • @ANSimpact
      @ANSimpact  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Great question! Here are some methods that can be implemented individually or collectively:
      1) Ask for after photos. Consider before photos as well if you don't have them already.
      2) Use GPS tracking to ensure contractors spend adequate time at each location.
      3) Implement a quality checklist that contractors must complete and submit.
      4) Have the client sign off on a job completion sheet, which should include a ranking.
      5) Send automatic email/text surveys to the customer after the project.
      6) Contact the customer after the service (phone/email/text...).
      7) Have an area manager follow up with the customer.
      8) Establish a reward system for contractors who consistently meet or exceed quality standards.

      I hear you-it’s tough being stuck in the traditional 9-5 grind, but it’s great that you're ready to explore other options. Remote cleaning businesses can offer the freedom you're looking for, and I’ve created a set of resources to help entrepreneurs like you get started. You can check them out here: ansimpact.com/resources/.
      In addition, I’m launching a mentorship program for 5-9 entrepreneurs, where we’ll dive deep into building and growing your cleaning business over 3 months. If that sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out through this form for more info: ansimpact.com/contact-us/.
      Thanks for engaging, and I look forward to helping you on your journey!
