Hey , Hello TH-cam Star- I have watched all your videos. Your videos are very nice but there is some problem with your channel. Your channel is not optimized properly and your channel SEO score is very low due to which your channel is not getting good views. If you solve your channel problems, you will get many Subscriber views on your channel. Have a Good Day
i just got my website up 💪🏼 it was daunting but the best way to learn is to dive right in
That’s amazing-congratulations! What software did you end up using, and how much time did it take you, if you don’t mind me asking? Feel free to share the link to your website in the comments if you’re ready, or hold off until you feel it’s just right. Either way, great work diving in and getting it done!
@ it’s still in progress but I got rough basics up
I started residential and switched to commercial and my business all but died. Net30 payments, late payments, cash flow is a huge issue in commercial. Residential was same day. Currently switching back over to residential.
Thank you for sharing your story-I completely agree. Cash flow issues can cripple any commercial business. I faced similar challenges but found that negotiating shorter payment terms with customers by offering small incentives, like a credit back, can work surprisingly well. I also became very mindful of my cash spending. On top of that, I negotiated net 30 terms with vendors and leveraged credit cards. For instance, if a vendor accepts credit cards without processing fees, I’d pay them on day 30 and use the card’s grace period, effectively turning it into net 60. Disclaimer: Not financial advice, just sharing my experience. To manage cash flow early on, I balanced residential and commercial jobs until the full transition. Once I went fully commercial, I scaled faster with predictable income. There are pros and cons to both, but the challenges are workable. Let me know how your journey is going-I appreciate you sharing your experience here!
Man you bring so much value I can guarantee you’re going to make it big on social media. God Bless you
The goal is to help as many people as I can, and if becoming popular is a byproduct of it, then I’ll take it. Thank you!
❤
🙏
What’s your one excuse for not starting a cleaning business in 2025? Let’s hear it-I’m ready to challenge it!
I really want to start the business but i have no idea where to begin
I’m so glad you’ve recognized the challenge-this is the first big step toward building something amazing! You’re absolutely in the right place. The key to success is starting, even if it’s small (progress over perfection!). Focus on one achievable goal, like landing your very first lead. Once you see that first win, your confidence will skyrocket, and you’ll realize just how much is possible when you commit. To help you, I recommend checking out this video on lead generation: th-cam.com/video/ANqmQMkL-Rk/w-d-xo.html. It’s designed to walk you through how to get your first customer and set your business in motion. I’ve also put together a ton of free resources for people like you, including templates, shopping lists, email scripts, and more, which you can find here: ansimpact.com. These tools will give you a solid foundation to build on. There’s also plenty of content on this channel to guide you. A great next step would be this video: th-cam.com/video/iaU68MAxKMQ/w-d-xo.html. It dives deeper into the process of starting and scaling a cleaning business. This journey is completely possible, and I’ll be here every step of the way to provide the guidance you need. Share this with anyone you know who’s also ready to take their first step-it’s always more fun when you’re building alongside like-minded people! You’ve got this, and I can’t wait to see your progress. Let’s make it happen!
awesome this will help me set up a strong foundation for 2025!
Music to my ears. Let me know should you get tripped. Cheers to an amazing 2025!
I started a side hustle and after paying for insurance and a website I am in profit after just the first two hours every month. With just four clients gained in the the first month I make 25k AUD a year so far, , I am aiming to double that by February. Once up and running there are very little overheads, a little petrol, a very small amount of product for each clean and I pay for the occasional lead for one off jobs such as builder cleans, these are not included in the 25k so potentially boost my earnings by another 250-500 a week on top of the four regular clients.
Thank you for sharing your story and showing others what’s possible when you take action and approach your business strategically. It’s inspiring to see how you’ve rationalized expenses and turned them into profit so quickly. Cheers to doubling your income by February-I’m confident you’ll get there! You’re absolutely right about overhead being low, especially when you’re the one doing the work. As you start bringing in help, labor will become your biggest expense. Planning for this is essential-it’s the key to eventually stepping back from daily cleaning and focusing on growing your business instead. Consumables, as you pointed out, are manageable-especially when you choose highly concentrated or green products. Making the right product choices not only keeps costs low but can also appeal to eco-conscious clients. If you haven’t already, check out this video on green cleaning: th-cam.com/video/hLMooQmLwDE/w-d-xo.html. Your story is inspiring and a reminder of what’s possible in this industry. Keep pushing forward, and please share updates on your progress. Thanks again for sharing and motivating others to take action!
can u get into how to automate?
Certainly! I actually have a video dedicated to this topic. Let me know if you have any specific questions or need further clarification after watching it. Here’s the link: th-cam.com/video/1MVrGxXOHJk/w-d-xo.html
Awesome I just realized I should use referral bonuses and send it via email / text to expand my client base. Thanks for the advice, no one tells it like you do! 💎
Absolutely. Do all you can to have them bring their friends, family and colleagues. Like attracts like! 🙏
Valuable plan and advice 🙌 just wanted to say that I got my second client and she is already schedule three months reoccurring cleaning 🎉🎉🎉
Thank you for sharing your success! It’s inspiring to see you put the advice into action and already see results. Keep it up!
I entered my info on your website. Can you please get back to me?
Hi Miguel, I responded to your email last Friday, addressing the questions you had. Let me know if I missed anything or if there’s anything else I can assist with. As always, I appreciate your continued support! Thanks, Jon
Thank you for the video! What is your experience with Zoho software in general? In particular, zoho books and zoho payroll?
Glad you found the video useful! I personally love Zoho and have been using it for over 8 years, so I might be a bit biased. It’s very flexible and highly customizable. While we’ve been using QuickBooks Online (QBO) for years, if I were starting another cleaning company today, I’d choose Zoho Books-mainly because of its cost-to-value ratio. I’ve used it in the past, and I found it easy to use and very compatible with QBO. The primary reason we stuck with QBO (despite its cost) is that we have over a decade of data in it, and our CPA is very familiar with the platform. As for Zoho Payroll, I haven’t used it. Our CPA set us up with Gusto, and I haven’t received any complaints from either my bookkeeper or CPA-which is always a good sign! If you’re considering Zoho, I highly recommend Zoho One (zoho.com/one, $50 per seat), which includes Zoho Books (and I believe Zoho Payroll as well) as part of a full suite of software. Here are affiliate codes if you’d like to take advantage of these offers: Zoho: go.zoho.com/8fn (Earns $100 instantly after signing up) Gusto: gusto.com/d/asrorjon (Earns $100 Visa gift card)
Great content
Thrilled to hear you liked i! Stay tuned, there’s plenty more exciting content on the way!
Agree with you about the kitchen sponges.
Exactly! It’s one of those things we often overlook, but swapping them out regularly makes such a difference. In the meantime, microwaving or tossing them in the dishwasher can help keep them cleaner for longer. Do you use either of those methods?
Hey I completed my first clean, they paid me $200 and have 3 more clients ready to schedule. I remember you mentioning that you built a website. My question is, is it worth it to build a website (I dont know code) and if I want tot how can I? A video would help, Btw your vids do motivate me alot!
Congratulations-that’s music to my ears! 🎉 This is exactly what I advise: start with what you have, test the waters, and see if it’s a good fit before going all in. Now that you’ve got proof of concept and momentum on your side, it’s a great time to start investing slowly. A website is definitely a must if you’re planning to stick with this industry. The good news is, no coding knowledge is needed. You can use CMS (Content Management Systems) like Wordpress or Wix, which are drag-and-drop and come with plenty of how-to videos on TH-cam. In fact, I have one here: th-cam.com/video/j6zpy5tq3oE/w-d-xo.html. Also, don’t forget to get your business registered with Google My Business so clients can find you online. You can start the process here: google.com/business. If you’re not comfortable building a website yourself, you can find a qualified freelancer on platforms like Upwork or Fiverr. Look for someone overseas to keep costs low. Alternatively, you can reach out to me via this form: ansimpact.com/contact-us, and I’ll gladly connect you with the freelancer I’m currently working with. Keep the momentum going-you’re doing amazing!
How can I reach out to you directly?
The best way to reach me is via this form: ansimpact.com/contact-us. That said, I saw the intro email from Diane-I’ll be replying to it soon. It’s been a busy yet productive week, and I’m catching up on my inbox now. I appreciate your patience!
I need your help!!
Hi there! This is the best place to start: ansimpact.com/contact-us/ Please also check out the following resources: *Free tools and templates: ansimpact.com/resources/ *Shopping list linked directly to Amazon: ansimpact.com/product-list/
@ I entered my info on your website please get back to me.
I just completed my first clean 🎉 I’m putting everything in this business because it will reward me in the end
Woot-woot! 🎉 This is an amazing milestone-it should serve as proof of concept and a great confidence booster! From each job, if possible, try to secure a video testimonial, a Google review, or a written reference. These will build your social proof and make it much easier to attract new clients. People feel more comfortable hiring you when they know they’re not the first to take the leap. Keep up the fantastic work, and protect your confidence at all costs. It won’t always be easy, but once you make this work, I promise-it’s absolutely worth it on the other side. You’ve got this!
Hey I wanted to say your channel helped me a lot after 3 months of setting the business I finally got my client today from a chamber of commerce event. 🎉
This message made my day-congratulations on landing your first client! 🎉 Chamber of Commerce events can indeed be a gold mine when worked well. The key is to be seen and stay consistent. Let people there get to know your personality and your work ethic. You’d be surprised how, once people know and trust you, they may even invest in your business, partner with you, or open doors to opportunities you never had access before. A whole new world of possibilities awaits-keep up the great work!
How do I contact you
There you go! ansimpact.com/contact-us/
Thank you
You're welcome
I am from Baltimore maryland and wanted to start a cleaning business here and came past your TH-cam channel and would like it if you could point me in the right direction. I am looking to do a residential and commercial cleaning
Well, hello there, neighbor! Great to hear you're interested in starting a cleaning business in Baltimore. You’re in the right place! I’ve got some free resources to help get you started here: ansimpact.com/resources/, and a product list with tools, supplies, and chemicals here: ansimpact.com/product-list/. If you’d like more personalized guidance, feel free to book a consultation, and we can dive into the specifics of residential and commercial cleaning. Also, let me know if there are any specific topics you’d like me to cover on the channel! Looking forward to seeing you succeed.
@ANSimpact Thanks so much . If someone had just a business name registered and wanted to change the business name, what can they do to change the business name. How would that go about marketing the business after changing the business name
@@ChristinaWilliams-u9k You are welcome. To make changes to an existing business, you can go here and follow the instructions: businessexpress.maryland.gov/manage/make-changes-to-your-business. Also consider registering a DBA (Doing Business As) name. Of course, it’s always best to consult with a lawyer or accountant, as I can’t offer legal or financial advice. For affordable legal assistance, I recommend considering a LegalShield business plan (starting at $49/month, cancel anytime). I’ve used LegalShield for over a decade, and it’s been worth it-much cheaper than typical $300+ hourly attorney fees. Here’s the link for more info: www2.legalshield.com/business-plan/coverage-pricing. I’m currently working on setting up an affiliate link, so let me know if you’d like that once it’s available. As for marketing after the name change, consistency is key. Update your business name across all platforms-Google My Business, social media, your website, and any templates (logo, proposals, color schemes, service agreements, etc.) to keep everything aligned.
@ANSimpact Thanks so much for the information your videos Give so much information. Appreciate that and inspire me to open up my businext week. I'll be using using the information that you gave me to change the resisting. Cleaning business name that I had back in 2012 that I did not start. Just. Looking at your videos gave me that push. The reason. Why I did not start is because I didn't know where to start it.Everything was registered.I just didn't know how to go about doing it.
@@ChristinaWilliams-u9k Thank you so much for the kind words! It’s great to hear my videos have inspired you to take that leap. Remember, it’s all about progress over perfection. Think of it like climbing the highest mountain-you get there by putting one step in front of the other. Many people get stuck in analysis paralysis, feeling unsure where to start. My advice? Set small, achievable goals with short deadlines. For example, create a logo within three days, order business cards within a week, or draft a proposal template by a specific day. These small, digestible steps help build momentum without overwhelming you. They’re low-cost in terms of time, energy, and money, but they keep the train moving. Before you know it, you’ll be taking action, gaining customers, and seeing those first payments hit the bank-each step motivating you further! By the way, stay tuned; I have an upcoming video where I’ll share how I built my business to 7 figures, including the full blueprint with checklists and actionable tips so you can do the same.
There was something wrong with how your lawyer defended you, plus there were so many red flags before you terminated her, lots of drama and personal envolment between you two, can't see how that can end well but still it's unfortunate.
The first time that she worked for me. I did not have any issues. However, the second time was when the problem started to happen. I gave her 3 chances then I decided to terminate her contract.
There were no any personal involvement, I just concerned about her situation.
She definitely made mistakes. You can't tell a contractor what time to be somewhere...
I never told them what time to be. The client stipulated the time and I relayed it to the contractor. The client can stipulated time anytime.
@RosaSantos-oy1cn I was referring to a part of the interview where you said she was late. That doesn't sound like she was a contractor. You also said something about how much the job would pay, and it didn't sound like she was naming her price, that's something contractors due is name their own price. You gave her equipment, and you let her live with you. The relationship wasn't professional. Those are all mistakes. Do I agree with what she did and what happened to you as a consequence? Not at all, however, with proper boundaries and by consulting with someone who knew more about business than you, it could have all been avoided. I didn't watch the whole thing, so maybe you owned that eventually in the interview. I'm sure this has taught you a lot, and I hope you bounce back and do bigger and better things 😀

Great to hear you’re in Maryland too! Let me know if there are any specific topics you’d like me to cover. That is so sad that such a nice caring person got taken advantage of and lost everything. This heartbreaking an immigrant trying to help another immigrant and this happens to her.
It’s definitely a difficult situation, especially given how much Ana was trying to help others. Her story highlights the challenges that can come with running a business. Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts.
Why were you not allowed to speak at your own trial?
Usually only the lawyers are allowed to speak. We answered questions when on the stand from both lawyers. However, before trial the judge set the rules. On my case I couldn’t talk about the reason of contract termination which to me was entire point of this lawsuit. And I also couldn’t not discuss her immigration status.
@RosaSantos-oy1cn So sorry you went through this. It doesn't make sense how the judge picks what is, in his opinion, relevant to the case while limiting the defense arguments/ facts to defend themselves. Very unfair. It shouldn't be that way.
@@rosesarered3904I agree!
Welcome to America. Time for you to get a job! 😂😂😂😂
I always have a full job while having my own business on the side, and I still have a full time job. I stated it during the interview.
Did not like the end, why push her to talk about losing sleep? Pushing the negative when your guest was being as polite & positive as possible. Many prayers for her future success. Hope/pray/wish somehow she & her mom survive this atrocity Many blessings, thank you for the show
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I completely agree-staying positive is key, and Ana’s resilience is truly inspiring. My intention wasn’t to dwell on the negative but to acknowledge the gravity of what she’s going through. I believe it's important that her loss, and the long-term impact it may have, isn’t overlooked. I truly appreciate your prayers and blessings for her, and I’m glad you enjoyed the show. Thanks again for being part of the conversation.
Been there done that. Very few people know about this gem of a law.
That's a very sad story, and very educational for people that didn't know risk of business people
Indeed. And as you mentioned, it's a powerful reminder of the risks that many business owners face. I actually interviewed a lawyer, Clinton Oas, about the dos and don’ts for small business owners. Here’s the link: th-cam.com/video/C7Jo3dnv-IM/w-d-xo.html. Appreciate your participation!
Something is wrong with the story. The guest plays innocent.
I’m not playing innocent. This is true story and it can be verified.
I can answer any questions that you might have.
@RosaSantos-oy1cn Can you counter sue? I know what you've been goin through is true, unfortunately I have "family" member that has been to prison due to having mentality like this crazy creep you've been dealing with. My sincere condolences. edit: omg I'm at the end now & I just can't believe this! Get a voo-doo doll 🤬 Can you sue her ? to prove what she & the shady lawyer cist you? How about a civil suit?
@@EnydCrowfeather unfortunately I couldn’t… I was not allowed to talk about the reason of termination. I can’t sue now. It’s to expensive for me.

What a terrible story. Feel so bad.
It truly is a tough story. Bankruptcy can be devastating, but Ana's resilience and the lessons she shares are a reminder that even in the darkest times, there are valuable takeaways. And the best part, Ana is taking action to help others. Thanks for watching and engaging with her story.
You know what? I am a regular viewer of your TH-cam Channel. I have seen all your videos and your content qualities are very good. I learned lots of things from you. Your channel has great quality contents but still it is not delivering its right audiences due to SEO problems. You should focus on your SEO so that You can get a big fanbase, Thanks.
Many thanks for the words of encouragement and the support!
Thank you sir
Happy I could meet your expectations and deliver value. As this channel is still new, your support is truly appreciated!
Thanks!
Glad I was able to deliver the value!
So uh 😏 about that cold calling script?? 😄
Great question! I’ve put together two versions of the cold-calling script, and you can access them here. Remember, it’s a pure numbers game-the more you put in, the more you get out of it. Consider adopting a "Go for No" attitude. I even made a separate video on this topic: th-cam.com/video/xoasAF84cX8/w-d-xo.html. Calling script: docs.google.com/document/d/1euPLLzaDeAJtiux1zr_f5NLDSX9RvBFRPpbMUbnPzZE/edit?usp=sharing. I’ll also be uploading them to my website, where you can find even more free resources: ansimpact.com/resources/. Best of luck!|
This channel is a gold mine!!! All the other channels love just talking about the fluff and not showing us how to do the elbow grease. Eternally grateful to u
I’m really glad you’re finding value here! Genuine comments like this fuel up my tank and remind me why I started this channel-to cut through the fluff and give you the real, actionable info you need. I truly appreciate the support! Yes I’m tired of traditional 9-5 I have been doing it l for longtime, how can you help me with the remote cleaning business
I hear you-it’s tough being stuck in the traditional 9-5 grind, but it’s great that you're ready to explore other options. Remote cleaning businesses can offer the freedom you're looking for, and I’ve created a set of resources to help entrepreneurs like you get started. You can check them out here: ansimpact.com/resources/. In addition, I’m launching a mentorship program for 5-9 entrepreneurs, where we’ll dive deep into building and growing your cleaning business over 3 months. If that sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out through this form for more info: ansimpact.com/contact-us/. Thanks for engaging, and I look forward to helping you on your journey!
Great video, I learned about liquidated damages. Thank you!
Liquidated damages is indeed a powerful clause-I'm glad you picked up on that! Unfortunately, I had to learn about it the hard way through my own bitter experience. Thanks, as always, for supporting the channel!
@@ANSimpact Oh sorry to hear that, I haven’t even started my business so I literally can’t make mistakes 😂. Hopefully I can learn and not make mistakes when I do launch. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
@@Mikaeelabdullah No worries. Tough times teach us more than the good ones. One of my favorite sayings is, "What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger." Funny enough, some still manage to make mistakes even before the official launch-so you’re already ahead. Kudos! Had I done more homework, my journey could have been smoother. As you move forward and face specific challenges, reach out-I’ll try to cover them in a separate video.
@@ANSimpact Absolutely, Challenges are an opportunity to grow. Thank you I definitely will stay tuned to you, cheers
Fantastic video! I specialize in short-term rental cleaning and provide co-hosting services, managing everything on my own. I aim to transition from fieldwork to a managerial role, but I struggle to find reliable staff. Can you offer guidance on this matter?
Thanks for the kind words! I’m excited to hear you’re ready to start outsourcing and delegating-it’s a critical move toward gaining more freedom in your business. When done effectively, you not only reclaim your time, but you also open the door to greater profits by focusing on growth and new opportunities instead of being drained after cleaning. @@ANSimpact wow!Thank you for the thorough response. Lastly, I'm interested in mentoring services. This time, I aim for substantial growth. In my initial venture with the cleaning business, rapid expansion led to managing over 10 contractors and generating significant revenue, but it became overwhelming. Due to Covid, I had to close down. Now, I have relaunched and seek strategic growth. Would love your help!
@@NikkiLifeInBloom I’m thrilled to hear about your rapid growth in your previous venture! You’re absolutely right-building a solid foundation is crucial to long-term success. One of my guiding principles is "slow is steady, steady is fast," a philosophy borrowed from the Navy SEALs. Given the increasing demand, we’re introducing an exclusive mentorship program for 5-9 entrepreneurs, focused on driving growth over a 3-month commitment. The course is set to begin in the last quarter of the year, perfectly timed to help you gain momentum and start the new year strong. If you’re interested, I’d love to share more details. I want to get into commercial cleaning but the payment options scare me off I don’t really understand the net 10 and 15 and all that stuff, do you have a video explaining that please?
Great question! I don’t have a specific video on payment terms yet, but I do touch on the payment terms and legal terminology/jargon in this video: th-cam.com/video/FpGlb09xl3Q/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Uc0nfqPdbNtv0JKj. Payment terms like Net 10, 15, 30, 45, or even 60 mean you get paid that many days after invoicing. Net 30 is standard, so you’ll need enough cash flow to cover operations while waiting for payment. Also, be cautious of “Pay When Paid” clauses, especially with construction companies. This term means you only get paid when they do, which can lead to indefinite delays, especially if the project has a punch list tied to other trades. Definitely something to watch out for! Overall, commercial cleaning is great, providing steady work that can really ramp up your business, but it's important to be aware of these terms and be prepared for them-which you seem to be doing. Kudos to you!
@@ANSimpact thank you so much! I’ll watch that video and keep learning, good to know some of the industry MO

Do you have any books that you can suggest on cleaning business marketing plz?
Great question! While I personally didn't read any specific cleaning business marketing books, 'Go for No' (amzn.to/3SY6O2n) was a great mind-changing book for me-it’s a super simple/easy read. I even recorded a video about the book and its core values/strategies here (th-cam.com/video/xoasAF84cX8/w-d-xo.html). I’ve heard 100M Leads (amzn.to/3yBJwbT) by Alex Hormozi is another fantastic resource. It’s on my reading list as well. Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thanks.
