My key takeaway is to have a purpose (which I already have) but the community aspect are things that I will have to figure out how to implement with my current venture. Hello Simon. I’m currently in a process of starting a service business and what I have a problem with is getting new clients. What I realized is that I have to be less rational when persuading clients to accept my services. Rather make them join a PROJECT and COMMUNITY around the service. I’m excited to implement my new ideas and I will update you on my progress. Incredibly resonating! I believe at the heart of anything you do it has to come from good intentions with a clear sense of purpose. As we all know a sense of purpose isn’t always easy to understand and or becomes clear. Only with deep reflection and understanding what gets you out of bed each day you will then know what to and or where to go next. I just had a few quick question, in a partnership, what exactly are the partners going to get in return for investing, lets say its a 3 -6 month partnership, also when you get around to talking about money, is there a way to judge how much money they are going to invest or is that just up to them to decide, the partners being veterinary hospitals. This is exactly the type of bus-fi (business fiction) I love! But it's not entirely about the fiction, sometimes the effort put in doesn't just cause losses, it can make a profit. I've been listening to bus-fi for almost 15 years. I apply information from many successful entrepreneurs. 1 in 10 attempts to start a business can actually be profitable (from my own experience) and can at least cover any previous losses. Never give up, even if you lose money or time again for the 9th attempt in a row. I believe that in the next 15 years I will finally figure it out. Why? Because even if you are as stupid an entrepreneur as I am, not all mistakes will be repeated over and over again. Let the force, I mean, experiences, be with you.

The power of NO! Especially cash flow models. The biggest companies can be great to have brand association, but beware of their payment terms. I’ve seen many small or one man band businesses written off because their biggest client dictated 90 day payment terms, then only start payment process after 90 days. Covering the gap with their suppliers killed their business. Cash flow is king! I’d be interested in your view on how to manage this.
This is an amazing idea i think you should spread world wide and help people in a different countries , in south africa we have so much people with skills but they do not have the funds to kick off and start a business, keep doing what you doing and hopefully it can spread world wide to reach those who genuinely needs it.

My key takeaway is to have a purpose (which I already have) but the community aspect are things that I will have to figure out how to implement with my current venture. Hello Simon. I’m currently in a process of starting a service business and what I have a problem with is getting new clients. What I realized is that I have to be less rational when persuading clients to accept my services. Rather make them join a PROJECT and COMMUNITY around the service. Evidence of this fact goes back to the movie the "Big Short" and the housing crisis, and today with the show "Selling Manhattan" . I'm not stating the obvious that's cultural in the U.S. That's the bad, but the good is that there's a workaround, and you came close to it, it's already being developed in the "tech" sector. I just had a few quick question, in a partnership, what exactly are the partners going to get in return for investing, lets say its a 3 -6 month partnership, also when you get around to talking about money, is there a way to judge how much money they are going to invest or is that just up to them to decide, the partners being veterinary hospitals. This is exactly the type of bus-fi (business fiction) I love! But it's not entirely about the fiction, sometimes the effort put in doesn't just cause losses, it can make a profit. I've been listening to bus-fi for almost 15 years. I apply information from many successful entrepreneurs. 1 in 10 attempts to start a business can actually be profitable (from my own experience) and can at least cover any previous losses. Never give up, even if you lose money or time again for the 9th attempt in a row. I believe that in the next 15 years I will finally figure it out. Why? Because even if you are as stupid an entrepreneur as I am, not all mistakes will be repeated over and over again. Let the force, I mean, experiences, be with you.

Especially cash flow models. The biggest companies can be great to have brand association, but beware of their payment terms. I’ve seen many small or one man band businesses written off because their biggest client dictated 90 day payment terms, then only start payment process after 90 days. Covering the gap with their suppliers killed their business. Cash flow is king!

This is an amazing idea i think you should spread world wide and help people in a different countries , in south africa we have so much people with skills but they do not have the funds to kick off and start a business, keep doing what you doing and hopefully it can spread world wide to reach those who genuinely needs it.
