You have to be careful with using Tide. You can become desensitized to the detergent, due to the enzymes. I used to work at a proctor and gamble plant, and a guy worked with decided to carpet clean with Tide. He had an allergic reaction (had never done so in the past) due to the carpet being wet and some of the tide not being removed from the carpet.
