Finaly, i can confidently say i have a skill issue when i say to someone else that i use the sonic 3 standalone for NOT ONLY MOD COMPADIBILITY, but for the save load thing so that whenver im in a special stage i can go back if i miss.

I gotta say, I think an awesome game you could play would either be generations, or try to do some of the origins mission mode. Totally up to you dude. Love the content no matter what.

16:01 Jump and transform just before he triggers and the screen pans and u can hit the capsule without fighting. The cutscene to ice cap won’t play but you load in faster that means.
17:05 same thing here but the launch base cutscene won’t happen so u load in automatically and faster

I genuinely start tweaking when I hear the special stage music for the 2763rd time. Also it's not much help when sonic thinks it's rush hour and needs to start putting a little pep in his step.

Another person who didn't know getting all the rings in an S3&K special stage gave you 50 000 points, & getting at least 50 of them gave you a continue, plus not knowing where all the stages are, I mentioned a bit about this in your S2 video, go check it out, it's also possible [if you know how] to get Super Sonic in Sonic 1 & play "with" Tails, not "as" Tails "with" him, plus there is a secret in Icecap where you can get 50 rings in the boarding section at the start
yeah i knew about that, but im lazy as hell and dont want to put in effort into a silly blue hedgehog game 😂

I went is far as volcano valley

My first interaction with the game was on a genesis emulator for mobile. I found the feature of savestates (i didn't know much about emulators) and whenever i got into a special stage i would make a save state. I also made save states after a certain point in a stage. When i got older i decided to try out Sonic 3 A.I.R and i could beat the special stages. Nowadays i do occasionally fail them but it's not much since i know the locations for the special stages.

@@concert_etiquette U barely do anything in act 1 apart from annoying swings and stuff. The best part is snowboarding
I don't know how you can hate ice cap act 1 that level is hard when you do that with super sonic cuz for me it's too hard to control cuz you're going fast as hell

I used to be so bad at these special stages I couldn't even get halfway through the 1st one (I'm not even exaggerating I was THAT bad💀)

I can't say this enough, Origins is a ripoff that removes features and introduces bugs. I recommend Sonic 1 Forever, Sonic 2 Absolute, and Sonic 3 AIR.

The mods only work with PC. If you have origins on console you're outta luck
