    I have severe abdominal discomforts. Not digestive most foods and chronic pains in abdomen. But yoga really helped me to relieve from this stress. 3rd Asna is bit difficult to try even if its really helpful for me. I get a bad pain in my thighs. So i tried this in the bed. 😇😍🤗

    I just found your video. I am 67 years and I am just starting to feel old and stiff. I am going to try these positions for a week to see how I’m feeling. I use to ride mtn bike jumping trails till I was 66 then my doctor told me to stop riding in the woods because I have beginners of osteoporosis. He was afraid for me to fall lol. So I stopped and I have gained 5 pounds and 3” in my waist. Ugh I don’t want to continue on this growth so I will try these moves. Thank you for putting this information out for all to see!!💕

      i had same problem with the subtitle lol , u can fix it from this screen, click on the top right corner where it shows three dots on top of each other, click caption for auto generate off, it turns off the subtitle.

    Thanks mam for all your guidance.. I am unable to put on weight after suffering from covid.. My body is generally not prone to weight gain and I have always been 50kgs for last 20 years but now my weight lies between 46-47kgs..which gives a lean look to me.. Please help and guide please
