In this episode, we talked about some heart-shattering rape cases that are happening almost every day in India. We talked about a case of human trafficking of a 2-3 days old baby and how when investigated they ended up rescuing 3-4 more kids. We discussed about if rape cases have decreased in India or what is the ground-level reality. She shared numerous brutally rape and murdered cases that will make us stop and think about what is going so wrong and what we can do. She also highlighted how Bollywood impacts people and their thought process and how some movies are becoming an influence to various crimes. We also talked about different challenges these victims go through while getting justice and how they can collect evidence to make their case stronger.

I did my internship with a NGO & I personally attended to a rape case of a 14 yr old girl. The girl went missing & I was shocked to see that the police dept was not ready to write an FIR. Ms Yogita, you definitely make a point that the police dept have become insensitive, for whatever situation they are facing in the dept.
Personally, the rape, murder cases should have a fast track system so that the fear should be there before doing this act!!!

Shame to the system. Not just police. We are part of the problem too. So many cases,so many people in this picture.
      *Criminal 's mentality
*Criminal's parents who try to whitewash their child's crime. Many times by threatening victim herself/himself or even murdering the victim. They failed to give good sanskar to their child
      * Friends ,who urge the criminal ,even take part in crime (those guys who talk derogatorily about a girl whom their friend is attracted to, insisting him to commit crime)
*Men and women who molest young boys and many cases where women also also molested young girls(a case where one lesbian woman molested a college girl who lived as roomate in a flat)using a strap on-toy,2 years old ago)
*Our textbook 'moral value' which was removed from curriculum long ago.or biology book which don't have statement "concent is must" at the end of reproduction chapter.
The school system which shy away from giving sex edu to Students. Those teachers who skip biology classes because they think the chapter is disgusting, especially the mensuration part. (Remember that news when a guy in his 20s killed his young teen sister by shooting at her because she got her periods and her bedsheet was stained?
He thought she had intercourse with a guy so he was angry. Imagine this! A grown ass adult. Part of gen z!Today when education is free, having 0 idea about periods. Seriously?
*Another problem is us,the society which still consider women guilty and impure if she's abused. An unfortunate event happens with her without her concent and yet people find her guilty ,or when they ditnt find her guilty, they pity her and consider her impure. The pride of family resides in women's vagina, what load of bullcrap. Men aren't safe either. When same assult happens on men. People laugh. As if he don't feel hurt. Both men and women target men sexually as well. There are cases where men have trauma from childhood because old aunts and random older guys abused them. A lot of these young boys end up doing same thing to a girl because they had unfortunate childhood and they ended up believing that whatever happened is right thing and they should do it with someone else. This is how older teen/adult boys who are friends with younger boys, teach them how to catcall a girl, how to molest her ,how to abuse her on road. Whistles, comments, inappropriate touches in overcrowded places , specially buses , trains or even classrooms. This thing ,i have noticed firsthand.
*Our relatives or parents who gossip about such events and either feel pity for girl and think her as impure or found her guilty.
*Our relatives who are part of authoritarian system. We all have one or two distant relatives who are part of police, or a relative who is lawyer, or one who got a nice adminsitration job but he never gave proper exam because earlier back then, you can get job with just "sifarish" if you have connection with politician.
We all are part of problem not just police. How many of us help people in need? When there is accident on road, when someone is beating someone, when someone is abusing animal on street, when someone is molesting a girl, when someone is touching anyone inappropriately, when someone is shouting or drunk on road and abusing someone. When someone is doing domestic violance. When some abusive guy/daughter in law slaps their parents. Or when a husband or wife slaps, beats or abuse each other mentally or physically, when a child is beaten badly. When someone pours their frustration on someone else and slaps them. For example a frustrated guy after work or a angry mother.
How is police only part of problem?

Every male should watch this video, regardless of their respect for women, as everyone needs to understand how to respect women, starting from their own homes. My plea to every guy is to educate others on how to treat every girl with respect. Change begins here. It's crucial to prioritize education over spreading hate for political or religious gains, as this only holds us back and leads to increased crime rates, unfortunately, this is the reality. Our government should prioritize women's safety, child protection, and education more.

Honestly, so far I haven't encountered a podcast as empowering as this!
It has highlighted all the important aspects and loopholes that we couldn't even normally think of.
Living in our comfort zones we tend to think women in every corner are as safe as us, which is definitely not the case.
It is sad to see that so far women's safety and rights have not even moved a step ahead.
This podcast deserves all the respect for both the speaker and the host.
Kudos to Raj for giving an echo to such a critical cause.

Soujanyas family is from Dharmasthala a temple town in Udupi .So if this issue comes up the fame of this area will be damaged. Thus, the locals and heads of that city told soujanyas family to settle down with compensation and leave this case with Hegde who is the head of that temple dharmastala. She has witnessed many such cases, shaping her into a tough woman, evident in her frustrated breaths, reflecting her disillusionment with the system. Raj's questions, may be crafted for content, but stem from genuine curiosity. In conclusion, it seems impossible to curb these inhuman criminals. Protection remains the only recourse for safety. I urge all brothers and sisters not to venture out late at night. While it may limit your freedom, it could shield you from these 'wild animals in human face.' If necessary, restrict yourself, but prioritize safety. Pray, perform Puja, meditate daily for protection. For those working far from home, consider returning or relocating your family for safety. Stay safe. Please be safe and careful 🙏🏻

I considered many things but there was nothing that could contradict this statement. Rape cases, patriarchy, honour killing, forced marriages, death while giving birth, unequal property inheritance or no property inheritance at all, lack of education because parents spend money on sons, domestic violence, leaving one's home after marriage, fathers abandoning or killing their daughters because they want a son, murders for dowry, misogyny, women being labelled as dumb, working women taking care of the house alone, unfair beauty standards to be eligible for marriage when one cannot change one's skin colour, harsh environments after marriage, victim blaming, acid attacks, less freedom compared to men, leaving one's job after marriage and the list goes on.

The law of Quran is the only solution for the Mankind. Islamic Sharia results in crime rates 100x lower than the Secular West. There is no underreporting of any crimes in Islamic Sharia. Saudi Arab have the lowest crime index in the world. There is no rape case reported in the Islamic country because of strict punishment.
      What is Sharia law?
      Allah our Lord says,
O Prophet, We have put you on the Right Way (Shari'ah) concerning the religion(Islam), So follow it, and do not follow the desires of those who do not know ˹the truth˺.
      Qur'an (45:18)
Sharee‘ah refers to the entire religion (Islam), which Allah has chosen for His slaves to bring them forth thereby from the depths of darkness into the light. It is what He has prescribed for them and what He has explained to them of commands and prohibitions.

Yes please promote such content on your channel. It is extremely important for 'Alpha' males of our country to retrospect what their actions lead to. Awareness is still there because of internet, the lack of empathy and Filtration of information is what we need. The content we feed our brains is crucial and visible in our actions. I strongly feel girls who misuse the laws made for them are equivalent to committing a crime because your revenge/greed/whatever you want to name it is untrue! Period. Stop depriving the needy and being so selfish!

    • @Smart_Soham
      @Smart_Soham 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

An alpha male is typically described as the dominant and most influential member of a social group. The alpha leaders mentality is strong, confident, assertive, and in control of his environment. He has the ability to lead, motivate and inspire those around him while maintaining a sense of power over his peers.

@@RahulShinde-wk2yv fake case lgta h kitna h? I am not comparing but har baar men leke ate h fake rape case comparison krne?
56,000 + rape case darj hue the 2023 mai India mai Jisme se around 15000 false the correct. But also let me tell you in India 85% rape case darj hi ni hote hai ye jo numbers h ye 15% of the total rape case in India h. Also 97% case m rape jo hota h vo kisi known insan ne kia h can you imagine 97% and people fight ki ladkiyon ki late tk ni rhna chhiye ghr k bahr etc. Yaha they are not safe in there fucking home or neighborhood. So I am not saying fake cases is a right thing ya uspe action ni hona chhiiye but atleast check the numbers why girls/ women or children had to face this. The problem is root the society ldko ko thinking jo develop krwana zaruri h.
If you go and watch some rapists video where people asked them why they raped. They are not ashamed they are just ashamed ki ldki ki shaadi ni hogi because now they are not virgin. This is a kind of mentality which needs to be changed.
