I am asthmatic and following numerous chest infections my breathing is poor. Doing this set of Pilates exercises daily has improved it so much. I can recommend this to anyone with similar issues. Thanks.

That was until I found your workouts. Now, I do them every morning (my back hurts a bit more in the morning) and after every workout I feel so released and my posture got better too! Stephanie - I'm 73 and if I didn't do workouts everyday I'd have back pains too! It's a lifelong commitment and worth the investment in yourself. Good luck!
this is my first time ever doing pilates and i’m glad i started with this series!! everyday i feel better and stronger with these exercises, and i feel a lot more stable in my core. i’ve been doing some other videos throughout the week (hiit and ab workouts) and they’ve all helped to improve my form by a lot already!

I just did 6 & 7 today as well! This is my second round of this 24 days pilates. Lottie you are marvellous! Just enough challenge to keep me motivated and inspired yet still doable. I've been wondering for ages what that knocking noise was; at first I thought it was a boxing bloke hitting a bag against a wall in a gym downstairs. Today I heard a familiar whine of wheels slowing down - I lived in London in the 1970s and once had a bad LSD trip on a tube train so that sound is indelibly embedded in my memory. So Lottie your venue is close to a tube station! That knocking noise is the braking train on the tracks! What station are you near? BTW I live in Brisbane Australia now.
So enjoying this 24 day challenge, just finished day 7. Love the different routines that you present each day, I look forward to class each day and wonder what is next, thank you for your creativity

I have just discovered your channel and I am loving these videos! I find sitting on the floor with my legs out straight so difficult - do you have any advice/movements I can do to improve this? (I am new to pilates)
After 7 days I've finally recognized that background sound is probably train am I correct? :D I thought it was some kind of parade but I wondered why everyday is parade hahaha. About classes very nice but also a little bit challenging to move with breath and have control in muscles
