    I set myself a challenge today Katja…..call me crazy…..I completed 4 of your classes this evening!! I found this class a little challenging and struggled, but managed to do as much as I could. Just goes to show I still have a long way to go 🙃 but I’ll keep plugging along and see you on the mat tomorrow ❤️🙏

    Today is a good day-as I managed to incorporate 2 of your videos in the morning and tried to do justice to this fantastic routine! The single leg pelvic tilts with the flows of the legs could only be done clumsily by me😂!Plus rolling the body into a ball(and ofcourse the V) and rocking back n forth was quite a challenge -I just had to give up! But I hope to be successful at these flows one day🌄
