Currently starting my Pilates journey because of back issues and getting on track of my health again. I’ve been looking forward each day to do a challenge or combining two sessions in one day when I missed Saturday’s sesh. Thank you for your way of explaining things and patience Lottie! You’re a gem! My back feels more at ease after day 6!
Hey Lottie. My daughter and I tried pilates for the first time watching your channel and its been fantastic so far. I have to admit today was the hardest of the 24 day challenge. Really broke some sweats. However, that is what we are here for is to tone up and push ourselves so I wanted to thank you and take the time to tell you I think you are a fantastic teacher and we will continue to come to you for our classes. Even though you make me say "Lottie Mercy" lol
My Wife has got me into your Pilates sessions Lottie and they are fantastic. As a runner I am lazy about stretching and often feel tight in my glutes, hamstrings and calf’s so these sessions have really helped (especially after day 5!) so a BIG thank you!
Discovered you recently and have been so happy I did ever since. By the end of these 24 days I am definitely going to be a pilates fanatic. Thank you for properly introducing me to this wonderful movement. I especially love the roll downs!

Not surprising, but this was my favorite so far! 😅 This definitely resonates more with my "style," & since I've been doing yoga, this was much more natural for me too. ❤
I loved this unwind session! Despite this routine being relaxing, my circulation and body temperature still increased-- warming up my muscles and lubricating my joints. Perfect way to get going on a cold winter day (for me)! :)

Hello Lottie, loving this workout which is most welcome after your first 5 ones. Before i used to pick one workout in your 24 day challenge but now I am doing each one and in order- new resolution! Just a little request though- if it’s possible to put your mike a bit further away as i can hear all sounds - you swallowing for example and this can be quite distracting during your wonderful workout!
