    Wrong, I've had to starve myself for 3 months to lose 13kilos, 40k on an exercise bike daily
    There is simply NO WAY to lose weight otherwise, hungry all the time, not everyone can lose weight simply with a "healthy diet" unless I eat 3k cal I'm hungry AKA starvation 🤷‍♂️

      I have a question, did you maintain it? And if you did, how did you maintain it, also, while you were starving yourself, do you have any tips you can share? I need to lose 110 lbs 😓😓

      @@jennytaylor9213 I haven't maintained as this was for a bet! So I out 8kg back on in a couple months. You can maintain and even lose more... But I like takeaway too much!
      I am starting again on 1st June and targeting 10kg to lose, I don't think I'll ever be able to do a maintain thing as will mean never or only having 1 takeaway etc. In a month, I will try the up and down method and see what happens
      The only thing that worked for me was pure willpower, I never lost my hunger and low cal food never filled me up! Just need to dedicate

      @leiladearie I decided I want to do it the healthy way, by eating nutritious foods, and choosing healthier options. I can still eat the foods I enjoy, because if I restrict I end up binging really really bad. I have a good feeling about my plan.

      Exactly, people think that eating less work for every one. I too have to starve since my basal metabolic index is abnormally low , I can only burn under 200 calories per day. Maybe a little more since I do exercises.

    Wait if I eat my body stores energy anyway so what the difference if the goal is to hit ketosit? Regardless of diet plan. Intermittent fasting apparently works?

    Literally 100% of the people who are skinny know that starving or at least borderline starving is the only way. 1,200 calories a day with fasting two days a week is the perfect amount I've found. You will be hungry alot, you can't lose weight if you're not hungry. That's how I lost 50lbs in 3 months. Guys, if you want to lose weight, don't believe all these people saying it's "ineffective" or "unhealthy". The only thing that's ineffective is being too scared to be on an effective diet. The only thing unhealthy is not losing weight and being obese your whole life. I can personally say from experience that starvation is the best way to lose weight.

    Doesn't work for me since my metabolism is abnormally slow ,with my bmr I can only burn 200 calories per day.

      I can guarantee that you burn more than 200 a day. Newborn babies burn more, and they sleep 18 hours a day.
