Great in depth video and thanks for mentioning me. I wish I could put more time explaining things in my video but my schedule just won't allow it. Maybe someday.
"Minga" it is one of the worst I saw. My neighbor just paid 800 to get his tree cut down. They get anywhere from 600 to 1100 a tree depending on the size & co. The insurance in this area is very high but I have to say if I were just a "little" younger LOL. Hey good video, it is clear & you can be heard. Stay well, Joe Z
Thanks Joe. I still like ripping thru trees with a nice saw. Just yesterday I was helping out 1 of my landscape buddies and his MS251 is a perfect weight to hold out at arms length and work comfortably. Anything bigger than that at my age (60) and I would struggle.

Both the fuel pump side, and the opposite side metering diaphragm have small air vents. The debris gets in through those holes, especially if someone is blowing off the air filter with compressed air - it shoots it into the little vent holes. I couldn't have got in from the tank because the small input screen was still intact. All this debris is on the "outside/backside" of the fuel and metering diaphragms. Can't believe how flexible that metering diaphragm was after all the years. And the plastic arm and needle looked like it worked perfectly. Lucky!

What are the parts that need to be inspected in the carburetor??
Mostly the diaphragms and gaskets
Now that's a dirty dirty carb. What did he do put sawdust in the gas ?
Thats a bad one. Worst Ive seen. Raining like hell here. Maybe video material tomorrow.☔
