OR.....you could save some money and just buy a cheap pair of wrist weights and jump rope with those on. That's what I did and it worked just as well. I've used heavy ropes (a buddy of mine has one) and wrist weights will give you pretty much the same feel....best of all, my wallet didn't lose as much "weight" ($$$) as it would have if I had paid for one of those heavy jump ropes. Just my 2 cents.

That's awesome! Did you end up getting a jump rope? I hate the myth that having fun, jumping, climbing, and certain exercises are "for kids". After stumbling upon this channel, seeking to get myself in shape again I have been jumping rope consistently as part of my fitness regimen at least 4-6 days a week now for the last 6 months. I can say It’s made a significant difference along with body weight exercises and proper calorie intake.
This channel continues to be a great inspiration. I was able to really feel the difference after purchasing a cross rope a few months after starting and learning advanced tricks like double unders. With a weighted rope I was getting a great forearm and grip workout added in. Thanks to your guys’ “Jumping Rope in Bali” I was able to bring my jump rope along on my Japan trip! Thank you guys. Keep inspiring.

Secondly my suggestion for your next video is to make a video on the myths among people regarding jumping ropes.
Entitled as "Phobias of Jump Rope". Such as the wide spread phobia people speak of losing their gains if you jump rope at high intensity and for longer duration of time.

Skipping is the best and easiest workout to shed off fat faster than any other form of exercise. When I started, I did 150 jumps the first day but now I go 3000 jumps. I am really catching my fun.

You can talk how to make our rope heavier, if it's possible. I can't afford your jump rope, but with my speedrope I am doing 1000 for now (new to this). You motivated me. Thanks

Great video. I agree it's terrific addition for a body weight circuit. I don't even use a weighted rope but often feel it a bit in the traps the next day. It absolutely works the lower leg including the achilles and arch of the foot. As 50 year old I can honestly say it really is a great anti aging tool imvho.

You should do a video how jump rope helps you mentally and with coordination. Doing all sorts of jumps and synchronised patterns really sometimes do your head in haha. Having hand, feet and timing coordination and syncing can really help with balance and mental health is a bonus. Can you let me know if the offer of free jump rope is still avaliable. If not no worries.

I use two one pound handles with a thin rope for speed and one pound ankle weights and a 6 pound vest for my work outs eventually I'ma up my handle weight or use a 1 pound wrist trainer if I can't find a heavier handle it easer on your joints than running and I can make it a full body workout on top of hitting the gym

Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 minutes workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.
