Completely agree! I went from a fat slob to an almost ripped boxer physique from doing boxing training (3hrs each time/6hrs total) for only 1.5 years when I was younger. Skipping was a huge part of boxing. Great video and motivates me to get back in shape!

This channel rocks! Been roping now for 2 months. Loving it! Started out with only 5 min 4 days a week. 30s on 30s recovery, followed by intense stretching of lower leg. Used to make lot of mistakes, but the cross rope really makes a difference. I’m now up to 10 rounds of 40s on 30s rest. It’s great!!
Dont underestimate number 7! I started jumping rope about a month ago and it was killer at first but now as my endurance increases I'm really starting to enjoy my daily session. These videos really help too!
You seriously sold me on jumping rope. I then did some research after watching your video. You are spot on. It is a full body work out. I have a rope. Im going to get back into the skip of things, then look into investing in your ropes. I love how much quality they have. Thanks for the video and motivation! Im a mom of 4 and a truck driver. After my 2nd child, I never tried to hard to lose the weight as I did with my 1st. I was a size 5 jeans after my first and currently size 12ish. 34'' in mens jeans. We shall see what happens!
I'm a trucker who've had my ropes since March 2020, they REALLY HELP to minimize or knock out fatigue. They also help you remain calm, you won't fidget too much while driving, and its helps you be more present in the moment being alert with owl eyes. It also helps with blood circulation in your legs, because I found out too much sitting can retard your circulation forming clots over time, and the pain is not pretty. You won't regret the investment----I own every rope size except the 4 & 5 pound. They are VERY WORTH IT!
Could you possibly please do a video on how to build up to heavy ropes for females? I try to add in the 1 lb rope from time to time, but find I cannot use it for very long... the momentum from the rope also tends to throw me off balance, meaning I mess up more! Thanks 😊
jumping rope helped my posture alot! back then my back always curves in which makes me looks small but after weeks of jumping rope, my back is straight and my torso look longer

Hello, big fan of your channel here! So, I love jump roping and actually found your channel while looking for tips.
