    I’m the least coordinated guy and after just a week or so, I can do 50 jumps in a row. I know it’s not much compared to most of you guys but at age 60, makes me happy😊

      Will I be getting the same results if I workout in the evening(a few hours after lunch) meaning not on an empty stomach?

    • @fores7ght
      @fores7ght 5 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      @@zainshaikh23 I actually recommend your timing,its better than jennie's imo.
      Here's why:-
      If you do it for a while (15-30mins/1hr) you will burn your meal's calories and burn calories other than that too,and its a good way to get better at jumproping. The morning method is a bit more efficient for weight loss but will leave you tired for the rest of the day if you play any sports etc

    • @jennie4653
      @jennie4653 5 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      @@zainshaikh23 you will get results but you gotta keep patience it will gonna take time but it will not be effective as morning jumps but you should do in evening if u dont get time in morning becuz *something is better than nothing* good luck.

      Zain Shaikh You will get results but it will take a longer time. On an empty stomach your body would use all the stored fats your body has accumulated. Therefore, getting quicker results. Moreover, you will feel energised and euphoric for the entire day.💪🏻

    For those who are quite temperamental or very temperamental, if you transmute your frustration using the heavy ropes to exert your energy; overtime you will unconsciously discover you won't be as angry over the petty things/people that get under your skin. Going hard to fatigue WILL GIVE you a euphoric feeling when you're done....feels heavenly.

      I'm a trucker who've had my ropes since March 2020, they REALLY HELP to minimize or knock out fatigue. They also help you remain calm, you won't fidget too much while driving, and its helps you be more present in the moment being alert with owl eyes. It also helps with blood circulation in your legs, because I found out too much sitting can retard your circulation forming clots over time, and the pain is not pretty. You won't regret the investment----I own every rope size except the 4 & 5 pound. They are VERY WORTH IT!

    Hello, big fan of your channel here! So, I love jump roping and actually found your channel while looking for tips. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago I started suffering from sciatica; there would be some mornings where it took me like 20 minutes to get up from bed just because of the pain. I also, uh, can’t really run anymore. But I’ve tried to get on the jump rope a few times and have managed to do so. It’s my addiction, but should I be jumping while recovering from this injury? The ankle injury you talked about is kind of what inspired me to ask this question.

    i like jump roping a lot. i lift weights but i know that i need to do primarily cardio every few days. but i dont always feel like going to the gm for cardio or running outside. the jump rope makes me feel like i ran for 30 minutes in 10 minutes!

    I've been skipping rope for 30-40 minutes and my ankles really hurt after.
    Making it difficult to skip everyday. Should I keep going or take rests between skipping rope workouts?

      Ruth Dsilva I would recommend stretching your legs before skipping rope... that what helps me... if it still hurts I would rather not do it that day... listen to your body

      @@baklavapistaccio Thanks! I'll make sure I stretch well.
      Ps I've noticed it does hurt less with practice and rest :)

    Will I be getting the same results if I workout in the evening(a few hours after lunch) meaning not on an empty stomach? Sorry if it's a dumb question to ask.
