    Best is eat morning 8:00am to 4:00pm
    Breakfast at 8:00am.
    Brunch at 12:00pm
    Last meal at 4:00pm

      “Best” depends on individual according to own life style. For me 12pm -8pm eating hours and 8pm-12am fast hours because I sleep at 3am and wakes up 10-11 am because of work schedules

      @@innoxentgirl4831 Aapko bahar ka sab cheej avoid karna hoga oily food and chips ye sab aur raat me 7 baje tak dinner kar lena hai dinner me aap 2 roti and sabji some salad don't use salt and phir aapko agle din morning me 7 ya 8 baje tak apple cider vinegar lena hai look warm water ke sath and 11 baje aapko koi sa bhi ek fruit lena hai and 1 baje aapko 1 roti some rice.dal and salad lena hai phir saam ko 5 baje tak black coffe lena hai eski recipe utube pe dekh lena and aapko paani khane ke turant baad nahi pina 1 ghante baad pina. Aur 30 minute walking karna 15 minute exercise bas 2 mahina kar lo 15 - 20 kg kam hoga
      Tip- Khane ko achhe se chaba kar khana bahot fayda hoga ❣️😊

      Morning me sirf A,C V water aur 12 vje se pehle black coffe 0 calorie drink li ,AUR green tea v leti hu
      Phir main 12 vje 1 fruit jo b ghar me ho wo khayea
      Daily nhi but jis din hota tha fruit tab kha leti thi
      Lunch me mene moong dal chilla, ek katori sabji, and ek katori low fat curd lia
      Sath me salad 1 cucumber, half tamato, half pyaj lia
      Jis din dal bni ho ghar me phir me bajre ka atta ki roti, and dal, with sabji jroor leti hu, and half hour later green tea
      Snack evening time kbi kbi black coffe with half chamch brown suger sath me peanuts, and kbi kbi besan jo ghar me bnayea wo leti hu
      And jab coffe nhi leni tab km milk ki chai leti hu,
      Agar sham ko phir bhookh lagge tow phir me koi fruit kha leti hu ,
      Ja cucumber le ke uper black peper dal kar khati hu
      Dinner me sirf 2 and half cup oats jo me morning me pani dal kr rakh deti hu ,bowl me 1 chamch chia seeds,nuts, badam,1 walnuts, some Frozen berris, pumpkin seeds ese ek bowl me pani pa kr rakh deti hu
      And sham ko 7.30 me je sab pani soak lete hai phir me bowl me 200 ml milk and half apple, ja kiwi dal kar kha leti hu
      AND one weak me cheat meal pizza, fanta🤪🤪 aur kbi pasta v kha leti hu
      Aur kbi kbi chai ke sath laddu b khaye mene
      But phir v weight loose ho gea aj mera 62.8 tha
      Me cheat meal krti hu esi vja se slow slow loose hota hai😂 but m ese he happy hu k loose ho rha hai
      Pani din me 2 litter peeti hu km uper ho jata kbi kbi
      Aur night me 10,11 vje agar hungr feel krti hu tow sirf green tea
      Kabi kabi lunch me 3 boiled egg khati hu

      @@fizzabatool6805 I think he's talking about not skipping the breakfast. Some say that breakfast isn't that important a meal as it is pottayed. They say to promote breakfast cereals kellogs and other companies said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

    Day 1~ I started today and my weight was 38.90kg..
    I did a workout for 4 hours today.. 1 hour cardio, 1 hour walk and running, some more excercise for 2 hours... 😅 obviously I felt tired cause I was also on a 20:4 hour intermittent fasting.. In the 4 hours I took 1 boiled egg, salad and some pulses.. I kept drinking water after every 1 or half hour.. I would recommend warm lemon water indeed ☺ At the end my weight was 38.15 kg..
    Edit~It's almost 10 days and i have lost 5.3 kg so far... Still a lot to go 😅

      Aap fasting window mein milk tea nehi le sakte hai. You can have only black tea or black coffee.

    I am 18 and weight is 87 kg height is 5:8 can I try this to? As a Muslim I have done fasting before more than once. And I actually Lost weight and just eat normally that time and lost 2 kg or 3 kg maybe one time without knowing it

      Yes definitely you can try this out. And just cut down on your carb intake specially for your dinner and walk everyday for 15 mins.. I think that will be enough to reduce your weight.

      Hi Mayuri.. Nehi maine workout nehi Kiya tha.. but aap agar intermittent fasting kar rahe hai to roz 30 mins walk kijiye.. and rice ya roti aap kuch bhi kha sakte hai but limit mein khaiye and have more vegetables..

    Skipping breakfast is not intermittent fasting..you need have all your meals from breakfast to dinner between the eating window

    My fasting routine 16/8
    first meal : 2pm
    last meal :7 pm

    It's depend on body to body. The same plan doesn't work with all.i have also tried IF and lost 1 kg in a week. But also I faced one big problem with it that's hair fall.

      It depends on what you eat not when you eat. Eat more leafy vegetables, use coconut oil for cooking may reduce your hairfall . I too faced hairfall but after changing my eating habit it reduced. My suggestion. Plz don't mistake me.

    Guys please do not skip breakfast at any cost . It's important meal of the day . As per doctor it's very important for our body. When I heard from her skip breakfast then I stop watching this video . All false information is given
