Eleni, I had to leave a comment. I have been doing pilates for 5 years now and this was one, if not the best sequence I have ever done. It was definitely a challenge, but you did such an impeccable job at keeping the postures grounded in pilates foundation, and ensuring that there was a balance of exercises throughout the class to keep the parasympathetic system stimulated enough for enjoyment and persistence. I feel worked out yet calm and happy, and not feeling a sense of dread or "fight or flight" response. Thanks a million, this is what I needed today

i just changed my workouts from weight lifting to softer-pilates like ones since they make my body feel better and little by little as more pilates workouts i do i start to have more balance and my not at all flexible body is also slowly becoming more flexible enjoying the progress and the change is making me feel better and happier❤

I'm 22 100lbs and 5ft and have never done pilates before. Some of the workouts were challenging, I had to skip some of the harder moves but I finished the video! You need balance and flexibility for this workout, I think this video is not for beginners lol oops. I loved this workout and can see this improving my balance and flexibility in the future. After longtime I find difficult exercise specially balancing my body. I am not happy today from my workout but I will try and now I know I have to work on my body specially balancing part. Thank you so much for inspiration.
Amazing (very sweaty) work out! Here are my thoughts: - Active cal {170}, Total cal {213} (I am 124 lbs, 5'3", and 21 y/o) - Loved the warm up - definitely some challenging moves that take balance and coordination. Had I not been a dancer all my life I feel I would have struggled a lot with this one! (but we love a challenge haha!) - the end of the work out was nice because it mixed some stretches with strength - that last push of bicycles KILLS but was great!!! Overall, loved it! Great way to start any day! ♥
Trying new workouts for recovery days. Pilates is something I am trying to be more comfortable with. This was a good way to work on poses with purpose. And I got sweaty.
