    This 30 min walking workout has a fun, easy-to-follow dancy style. It uses 60 second intervals with no rest to get in maximum steps in minimum time. This is a no repeat workout with tons of variety, so the time will fly past! The exercises are all low impact and non-dancy modifications are shown throughout. Come step and shred with me!

    I love these walking workouts! They are a great way to get some steps and not do the same walking motion over and over again. This was great fun.

    I didn't walk a lot today and this workout was exactly what I needed. Also, I like the green leaves on both sides in the video! It looks really nice 💚
