DESCRIPTION
This 30 min walking workout has a fun, easy-to-follow dancy style. It uses 60 second intervals with no rest to get in maximum steps in minimum time. This is a no repeat workout with tons of variety, so the time will fly past! The exercises are all low impact and non-dancy modifications are shown throughout. Come step and shred with me!
