I was expecting to hear some info about Dunham Pointe.

I will do a video about Dunham pointe and the pros and cons because I have been getting more inquires about it recently.
But I’ll talk a little about it now in case you are thinking of building there. The route for the high speed train between Dallas and Houston is currently proposed to go through or near that community. This train has been proposed for yearrrrrs now and nothing has happened..so will it ACTUALLY happen? I don’t know. 🤷‍♀️ and of course, the route is only a proposed one…but this is still something to consider if anyone is looking at this community. :)

@@brittneyboyd5403 overall it’s a good community. Good location, good schools, good future commercial planned, good re-sale potential….. it’s just the train that makes me not sure about it.
