The engine size. The FH13 has a 13 litre engine (420hp-540hp) and the FH16 has a 16 litrle engine (540hp-750hp). And the headlights on the FH16 are black and on the FH13 they are grey.
its the r 4 series, i know its confusing but the for series has a euro 4 3 2 in it and the 3 series(143) has a 3 and 2 euro engine. thats why its now officially the scania 6 streamline version.... only to help you out ;)

The funny thing is both of those movers ( without a load or trailer) would almost certainly be faster off the mark and for about 100-200 meters, than alot of "standard" production cars on the road.
A lot more than that distance. At times, if the road is open and allows the situation, ( which, needless to say, is illegal in most countries) the truck would lead most of the cars for long, save for those out and out seriously fast cars.
