I just found you Maddie while i was looking for some yoga to start to get me through the lockdown.... I really enjoyed following your morning routine and will definitely continue to fit this into a new routine as i really need to take some time to get fit and look after myself and feel this is the time. I found your class so easy to follow and really enjoyed how simple it was for me rather than jumping into anything too difficult which just puts me off.... I see you have lots of others classes.. I will endeavour to look through these and try some others... Very pleased ive found someone as lovely as you. I have subscribed now so hope to keep updated now... Thank you 😊

Maddie, I live in Italy and today is my day number 19 at home. Everyday I did exercise with your videos, sometimes in a video call with my friends, trying to keep fit and happy every part of my body and my mind. You are very precious for me in this period and today I really appreciate this yoga session too. Thank you! I will remember you

Just woke up, drank some water and did this workout. It was a great start to my day. You’re my new favorite channel.
One thing I keep forgetting to do while doing these exercises is to breathe! I keep holding my breath, which makes me more tense. Could you kindly remind us more often to breathe? It’s going to take me a while to remember myself. I’m so focused on the pose.

Hi! I read the infobox, she suggests to do a warm up and a cool down. Do you really need them both when you're doing this type of yoga?
I'm asking you because I read you're a yoga teacher!!!

      @YogaSongHayeon 4 ปีที่แล้ว +11

Gaia Facinelli Thanks for reaching out! In fact it was a very good question. I don't think it's necessary to do any other warm up before yoga practice because she is guiding some breathing exercise and gentle movements before getting into deep stretches. And there was Child pose in the end of practice to cool down, too. But if you need some more cool down after the practice, I'd suggest you to take a final resting pose Savasana(corpse pose) as you lie down on the back and stay as much as needed. Hope this helps, and thanks for subscribing to my channel. It means a lot to me 🙏

Wow, day 17 already! I'm so glad to have these rest and stretch days. I got pretty obsessed with exercising for the first 8 or 9 months of the pandemic. I probably only took a handful of rest days in that time, and I beat myself up for not 'powering through' and working out. This year I want to learn to relax once a week and give my body a chance to recover!

I have suffered from lower back issues since i injured my back when I was fourteen. Most days, I need some sort of pill to make it through the day. I’ve always done yoga to help with the pain but since self quarantining, I’ve been doing your yoga videos every morning ... and for a full week, I haven’t had to self medicate for my back as the pain is coming manageable with stretching and yoga. I just want to point out that yoga is for everyone and yes it can be extremely challenging at first but when you do it more it becomes easier. Most of us are stuck at home being sedentary and it is important to stretch out our bodies. I think the video is amazing and very well done I did it right after a 30 min treadmill workout and my limbs are thanking me. Also, remember if you can not go in as deep in a stretch as she does it is perfectly OK. Yoga is meant to do what feels good, don't push or pull your body in order to get where she is your body will do that on its own time.

I love this yoga routine! I've been really getting into Yoga in the mornings and find the 20-25m stretch classes great. What could be a good idea is if you did a series for beginners where you could follow a number of episodes getting progressively more complex and doing different stretches on each one that you could follow as a beginner to learn more about Yoga! x

Hi Maddie! 3 years ago I was really into yoga, I had a lot of things in my head during that time and it really helped me to focus on myself 2 times a week. But after a few month our yoga teacher left the studio and the style of the new one was not suitable for me. Since then I didn't do yoga or any sports. I was following you for a while but I was too lazy to do the workouts. Now I found this video and this was the first time I did one of your workouts, and I really enjoyed it, you have the same style as the yoga teacher I liked. I have been watching your stretching workouts for the past 4 days and have already noticed a huge shift in my mental well being and my body is feeling better. I'm going to try this every morning before work. Thanks again. Your videos are awesome. They are the perfect length and just enough time so you don't get bored.

Thank you. This is really helping me during the Corona quarantine. My stress level has decreased and that's the most important thing for me. My lower back pain has decreased and I can almost do all of the poses after 3 weeks 3x a week. I'm determined to get good at them all. I'm 65 years old and I have two titanium knees and I'm amazed that I can do anything at all!

Recently I turned 50 and in Sept 2019 I lost my mother. I am a nurse and a single mother of two teenagers. I had thyroid cancer and had a thyroidectomy in 2012. Around 2 years ago I started gaining weight and couldn't or didn't try to lose it. I started exercising around 3 weeks ago and I have lost 20ish lbs. I don't really see the difference yet, it was my scale that informed me I had lost the weight. I love your videos and look forward to seeing you every day! I no longer listen to the metabolism quizzes or the dep seawater regime will melt the fat of my belly. Nah, I think anything that is worth having is hard work! Ta- ta for now. Love Kely

I grew up very active and took several years of gymnastics. I tried yoga in high school and college and loved it and have been on the lookout ever since for videos just like this. I’ve never seen someone stretch side to side while in a deep stretch, -even in gymnastics-it’s brilliant! You have done an amazing job with this one! I look forward to stretching in the morning now! Thank you for making this video, I’m sure it’s helping so many!

I was never into Yoga and only wanted the apple watch activity badge on world yoga day, so I followed your tutorial and now I love it! After my 30 minute morning run and my stretching routine, I always do 20 minutes of yoga now (using this video) and it has helped me start the day more relaxed and with a clearer mind. I can focus for a much longer time on my university work now and feel generally better throughout the day! Thank you so much!!

Maddie, thank you so much for all the effort you put on your videos. I used to pole dance until I had chikungunya virus, which gives terrible pain in your joints. Since that, I stopped for about a month and then I couldn’t continue because of my tight schedule. Then, I’ve lost a lot of the flexibility I had gained, even though I only practiced for a little while (about 5/6months). Ever since I started stretching and exercising with you I began to regain much and actually improve my flexibility. Thank you so much. It’s been only a little while but I already see the results. As an overweight anorexia survivor I really appreciate your work. It’s about loving and respecting the body you’re in, and not trying to reach sometimes impossible goals. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I like your workouts so much that I began with your stress relief morning stretch (not that I am stressed) and after 1 month of doing it EVERY morning without fail, I have carried on with this one. When I reach the 2 month mark, I will switch to another.
I am also getting consistent with doing another workout in the afternoon. I might dance or do one of your 20 minute workouts. Before this 'plandemic', I went to the gym 4 times a week, happily. I love working out. I fell out of discipline and I did not feel good about myself. My body LOVES to move and be challenged. So thank you for having a variety. I feel so good to be using my body again!!!!

    Hello💗
I wonder if you have training to teach yoga classes? Your work is impeccable as a fitness instructor, but I think taking the risk of teaching a class without prior training is very risky, especially exhaling through the mouth and not through the nose and other failures in this sequence. I am sorry if I have been a bit abrupt but let real professionals take care of teaching correctly, Yoga is a very complicated and complex discipline. anyway thanks for your work as a fitness instructor. A hug💗

I loved your voice, the way you teach and speak with easy words and not the Yoga's words that many, like me, do not know 😁 it is accessible. Really thank you! 🧘🏻‍♀️ Hugs from Brazil 🇧🇷
