      I know it's a late reply but 2 days ago I did 150 squats and my thighs have been killing me ever since, I can barely walk without being in discomfort lol.

      @@thegamingninja4779 Did you try this? It's always worked for me. Try eating protein like meat. You could use the hot and cold method. Ice it 20 mins then later maybe in a hr use a hot water pack on it for 20 mins. Take lots of rest.

    I’m fifteen and I suffer from a suspected Mitochondrial disorder, I worked 7 hours today doing a lot of squat movements (packs shelves etc.) I came across this video, tried these out and I’m feeling so much better ! Thanks 😌

    Omggg this works wonders!! I tried the chloe ting 2 week shred challenge yesterday and after that my thighs were sooo sore like i couldn't even walk properly and my legs felt like freaking jello. I couldn't even sleep properly cause of the pain! I was thinking there's noo way I'll be able to do day 2 of the workout. But then i tried this just now and when i tell u my leg pain went like WHOOSH and gone I'm not lying. Ok maybe I'm lying a little bit. My leg pain isn't completely gone but it's almost gone like rn i can't really feel the pain but if i move my legs than maybe a teeny tiny bit. Ok i wrote a whole ass paragraph.
    I should probably buy a journal instead of writing in TH-cam comments:) . Yeh i definitely should.

      Omg sameeee my PT (personal trainer) made me do so many leg workouts on day 1 that it was hard to sit on the toilet and when I was done, I couldn’t stand 😂😂

    Girl your a life saver my legs hurt beacuse of ballet and running and i couldnt sit on my toilet or even walk down the stairs and walk normally and now that i did this my legs feel much better thank you so much!

    First try: My thighs feel a bit better, pain has reduced a bit while squatting without any added weights but hasn't totally gone away. I will keep trying this method and will give an update once the pain has permanently gone. Thank you so much!

    I had my first taekwondo class yesterday and my thighs and legs have been SO sore. It's so hard to walk and sit. I have another class tomorrow so I've been doing whatever I can to relieve the pain and prepare myself for tomorrow. This video helped a lot! thank you.

    Ive been struggling with this pain for months on months due to constant workout and foolishness by pushing on despite constant pain. I cant believe bloody 10 minutes solved my pains. I have yet to test how my workout today will turn out, but the pain just sorta dissapearing is amazing. Ignorance is surely our greatest foe. Just a single search made me find this gem

    I am not kidding this got rid of my soreness IMMEDIATELY the longer I did it the more relief I had my inner thighs still felt a bit of strain but it felt way better than before. I also advise you to do the same thing to the back of your thighs for the full effect

    you have to do it for long if your thighs are really hurting
    when I was in university I did sports for about 2 hours come home and my thighs hurt so much for about a day then I searched up how to get rid of pain in your thighs this is what came up and it really helped me it might not help at first but take your time doing and take breaks from doing it once in a while.

    I've been doing alot of leg exercises and arm exercises AND kpop dances right after those workouts and my thighs hurt so freaking badly I can't even stand up. I did workouts yesterday and I didn't do my workouts today yet and they're so freaking sore. I hope this helps

    The first time I tried the leg press machine at the gym loaded up with 160kg for 4 reps it tears your legs I don't recommend it at all but after this exercise it helped me like about 60% better than nothing

    This works very well and if you are in a lot of pain/soreness you should take warm/hot bath with Espoo salt before and it will completely go away! I promise 😂💗💗🤞🤞

    Well, let me tell you, my thighs are feeling so sore right now that going up and down the stairs feels like I'm trying to climb Mount Everest with a backpack full of rocks. I mean, I'm not even sure if I'm walking like a human or a penguin at this point! It's like my legs have declared war against me, and unfortunately for me, they seem to be winning. Who needs a gym membership when you can just suffer from delayed onset muscle soreness and get a free workout every time you try to walk?

    I have so much quad soreness, like to the point of nausea lol I have hardly been able to walk right these past two days but went into the steam sauna and stretched and massaged my legs now doing this technique. I hope it helps, my first day of work is tomorrow and I don't want to be walking like a baby deer! LOL
