GoolRC 60A ESC finally gives up!

We’ve had this in the Traxxas Stampede since around October 2019, and have given it a very rough life. It’s safe to say that it’s finally given up.

I just bought the 51 dollar esc and moter for my slash hope it gives thst speed and last longer

I am running the 3660 can motor so I could run a drag car gearing constant.

I think its not the battery but the load of the gearing. I've got the same battery's (50c) is 2 of them for 4s on my 3670 2850kv motor 120 esc never had problems only gets to hot when my gearing it to high

9 months logged on this gearing, I'm ok with the price and how long it lasted, and I never had any heat issues either.

what spur gear and pinion are you running?

26T pinion with the 73T Spur.

I didnt have much cogging at all, but I ran 3s most of the time. you may be able to reduce your pinion gearing a bit should line that out.

We’d been trying to kill this one out first lol. I’ve given it a rough go, and it was holding up pretty good. We set a new speed record with the Moxoo. 56mph. Didn’t want to upload it to bore everyone with 3 minutes of us driving back and forth.

stock gearing on my trx4 my buddy has the same truck but his has more power quick acceleration and last couple hours. mine dont

use a flycolor 160amp esc

I've never seen the flycolor esc's. Will look into them.
