*Key take aways:*
1.) Low ticket items are about the money, high ticket is about the emotional value the item in question brings the consumer. Don't sell to your client, be friend them and look out for their best interest. e.g. What are they looking for specifically, and how does this item pertain to those values.
2.) The smaller the deal, the more time spent.
3.) Most importantly, Pretend its the second date. The deal is already done, you're just going through the motions; 90% of life is about showing up.

I think selling realastate a lot easier to sell to a rich person rather than to a person who isn't doing good financially. I feel that the people who are broke will need the property a lot more than the rich person. If you want to sell to a rich person it's all about negotiation and persuasion because the rich person has the money to probably by the house twice over but in ther mind they are trying to find the need for the property. In that case all you need to do is make them feel that they need it even though they don't really need it. Great video Dan helped me a lot.
