  • My acupuncturist gave me this magnesium cheat sheet.
    I never realized there were so many different forms of magnesium.
    This cheat sheet was eye-opening for me!
    I’d love to say that you can meet your body’s needs for magnesium through your daily diet. But the agricultural landscape has changed, and the soil isn’t as mineral-rich as it used to be.
    Try to include as many magnesium-rich foods as possible in your daily routine. These include,
    1. legumes
    2. nuts & seeds
    3. green leafy veggies (spinach, Swiss chard)
    4. quinoa
    5. avocados
    6. dark chocolate
    I’ve also included another cheat sheet that lists the top mag-rich foods.
    As always, check with your physician before trying any new supplement.
