- Calibrating channel endpoints in Betaflight and Cleanflight is very important. Here is how to do it with your Turnigy Evolution transmitter.

Turnigy Evolution (Ebay, White) - rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53...
Turnigy Evolution (Ebay, Black) - rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53...
These receivers also work with the Evolution

Good info... Thanks JC
keep up the good job!
This is the way I used to adjust my endpoints but found a video that lets you do it from the BF CLI. It's called RXRange and it's much faster. Wish I knew about this before.
Hi JC, If you are using the same model on the Evo for several quads with different FC's, does it make more sense to calibrate endpoints on the FC CLI in BF using RXRANGE and leave the Evo on defaults?
Hey man I tryed doing the Stick calibration but either of my turnigy transmitters will exit from that many unless I power off...
Firmware looks the same as is used with the FS-i6S. As anybody tried loading the Evolution FW into the i6s?
Hey if i move my sticks there wont happen anything in betaflight!
does your quad haft to be powered on? also ain't there like a universal way to calibrate "or trim" the quad if it like drifts to one side slightly?
It depends. The receiver needs power. With some flight controllers only the USB will power the receiver. On some you have to plug in a Lipo to get power to the receiver.
There is a way to fine tune the accelerometer but I haven't made a video on it yet. I'll try to do it tomorrow.
Project Blue Falcon scary thing for me is I don't have a computer. But if I get a special wire I could probably get that one app you showed. It might not have the channel endpoints but just a way for me to start understanding rates & pids would be great. When I fly it seems like on throttle between like 20% & 70% there's a very large field of movement with very little response its hard to explain
Yea turns out you can use that app with a USB cable as long as your phone has OTG. I tried it and it works.
Project Blue Falcon what's an otg
It stands for On The Go. Do a search to see if you phone has it. Phones with OTG will use the phones battery power to power whatever it is you're connecting the USB cable to. In this case its the flight controller.
