I still don't understand the reason why my trader (Larisa Fernanda) charges me 20% of my profit after the end of my trade weekly. I have been trading with her for like 15months now ,but she keeps on taking percentage from me which is too sad. I wish I could get a better trader who won't charge me a dime.

Hey Chris. This was probably my favorite video of this HK series. You did a smart thing hiring Virginia. She gave a lot of insight and took you to places that you probably would have missed. She's awesome. I first became aware of her on the Best Ever Food review show channel. And she's also on a Food show on Netflix as well. And I've followed her for a few years already on Instagram and know of her TH-cam. Smart girl and great personality. Yeah that Pineapple bun looked dope. I would totally love to have that for breakfast. By the way, I've been to the Avenue of the Stars a number of times, that's basically the Hong Kong version of the Hollywood walk of fame with all HK movie stars. I don't know if you saw the Bruce Lee statue there. Anyway, great series. Looking forward to the next one.

2nd time I visited HK, I bought two pineapple buns fresh from some “hole in the wall” in Wan Chai….I took my first bite when someone stopped me begging for food…the pineapple bun tasted soooo damn good I thought to myself “heck no” and gave the person 20 dollars instead 😂

i am from Hong Kong, there are lot more local food that you have missed, even in Shum Shui Po the one you talked about has much more to offer, you need to come back for more (egg tart, wonton noodle, tofu dessert, mixed stuff noodle, east fried toast, roast pork...)

Virginia almost sounds like she is from the USA? but shes Canadian born Chinese , I like the roast meats , you can get the same thing in SF , but I think its probably better in HK.

Recently discovered your channel, Chris; love it. 20:00 For a professed foodie, I'm surprised that Virginia holds her chopsticks in this manner. Gets part of the job done, I suppose, but hardly the most efficient way. If the chopsticks make an X, = incorrect. 21:00 Just char siu (pork)? I would be disappointed on a private guided tour that a combo wasn't ordered , such as roast pork, chicken, duck, and the holy grail of roast goose. And where's the Michelin-starred hole-in-the-wall dim sum... Another reason why roast meat stalls do so well is that it's very unusual for HK apartments to have an oven. Some of the modern ones, especially those built to be rented to expats, will have one. Happy travels. 😁
Finally sham shui po as a hongkong fans of Chris I was wonder when will u visit sham shui po but finally🎉the most dark side most hustle place in HK definitely is sham shui po. I hope this video can show difference angle of Hong Kong to others from around the world.❤

Tell Virginia to take you to Mong Kok to Lady Street for the bootleg watches and designer stuff! All the lower grade stuff is on the street but all the grade A stuff is hidden upstairs in the apartment buildings. It’s super sketchy and they’re not gonna let you film but it’s an experience. It’s definitely some underworld stuff so be careful. 😂

STREET FOOD (cooked in a cart with 4 wheels, parked along the sidewalk, in open dirty air, served in open air, NO SEATS, no waiter,, often no cover, ....) is illegal in Hong Kong.

I don't know about food guides who l that brings you to drink snake wine and drink the second shot out of the glass you just drank out of and then stir around your rice roll dish with utensil thats been in her mouth. Take the best pieces of frog without first telling you that thats the piece to take. (your the valued customer aren't you?) Constantly trying to use your channel to advertise her service. I do recommend for part 2 with Virginia. Maybe she can take him to Sai Kung for some mantis shrimp, clams, & other seafood. Dim Sum, Fish Ball, Roast Goose, Beef Brisket/Wonton Noodles, and he mention clay pot rice are waiting for him to try. If he came back to cha chaan teng, egg tart or french toast is a must.
