THANKS, JAY LENO. I'm happy to help a hardworking American family to be successful so I purchased the product. I can only hope MANY PEOPLE have ordered this product thanks to this video. We Americans should always encourage small American businesses whenever we can.

My comment needs to be read by all the restoration people. I'm a good customer of Quick-glo. However, I ordered directly from them a month ago and never heard from them. I finally rec'd my money back via PayPal. I left a message twice for Jay Leno who's made commercials for them. I haven't heard a word back in any form; not even something via the news. Where did these people go . The UK and Austrailia say that they haven't heard a word about the company . People like myself know their products are good; but perhaps this company needs help. Perhaps they all went crazy. Does anybody know anything? I hope their customers will find what's going wrong . Seriously, I feel for the family but they fell off the earth and they may need Leno's help as I told him by a telephone message weeks ago. I don't expect him to reply to me ; but I hope he'll use his pull to find whats happening. I literally have antique cars sitting waiting for the Quick-glo. And other items in that catagory. It's really good when the chrome is still salvageable.

Man! I've been looking for this stuff for forever! Used it on an old bicycle as a kid and was amazed. Couldn't ever figure out how to find it again. I have my grandmothers old metal tea cart and it was in the cellar for years. I kept finding liquid rust remover that wasn't what I knew was good. I'm ordering some. Thanks guys! You saved me a LOT of frustration and saved grandmas tea cart!
I found this product about a year ago when I was restoring a unicycle that was sitting for 40+ years. Like Leno said, I was using it, it worked just as good as it appears to work in this video. I have never seen something work as well as it does in the demonstrations. It is amazing.
I saw your demo, and decided to try it and I have a 1970 Norton commando S 750. The fender had a lot of surface rust and pits. It took about an hour but it cleaned up great. This fender was in a storage unit for 20 years in northern Michigan
I saw this a month ago and thought I would try it. It is fantastic, I used it on chrome, nickel and glass. Am using the fine, my aluminum wheels shine like chrome and no water spots after a wash. I now use it on my home windows and no water spots after rain. It better than rainex, dont even need the wipers. I just ordered 3 more cans of fine. Thanks Jay and thanks Brent. Good stuff.

After seeing video got me some .The chrome was all weathered on my Mercedes 380SL because I live near the ocean. I was amazed how good it worked. You will not be disappointed with the results. Thanks Jay for having him on.
I used this on some 117+ year old brass that's been corroded green for over 10 years and it took all of the corrosion right off! It also worked great on the kitchen faucet and on one of my hubcaps!
Dad had a can of this stuff in the shed on the shelf for years when I was a kid in the '80s, and it really does work great. Dad used to use it on his chrome bumpers, and I used to use it on my chrome BMX bikes (BMX bikes in the '80s usually had a lot of chrome, including chrome frames).
I bought some after watching this video. This stuff is EXCELLENT. I used it on the aluminum part of my Fuchs wheels on my 86 911. It worked so well and was so easy. An incredible value.

I received a chrome bmx bike for my birthday about 18 years ago. I used this stuff on it about once a year until I left for college. It's still as shiny as the day I got it. Great product.
As of today June 3,2023 and going back several months, I haven't heard from anyone that knows for sure what's happened or what is happening to Brent Deloach nor his daugter Nicole Deloach. I don't know them except by way of their company Quick-Glo LLC. Because of my need for they're products ,I at first went through the business channels trying to find who had the product to sell, for the Deloach's were suddenly not responding to any orders that they received. I emailed the UK branch for the company and also emailed Austraila and both said that they only knew that they weren't receiving any of the products for them to sell. Also , the 3 hardware stores that always have the products and are listed in the Quick-Glo website as specific soures for in-store pick-up; say that they've lost contact with Brent and Nicole Deloach but all say that only rumor has it that something horrible happened and that they were out of business. I had to put on my empathy hat on when I heard that, first we have to care about them as people. I knew that Jay Leno uesd a lot of the products and he made a famous You-Tube video a number of years ago with Brent Deloach the President of said company. I called Leno and left a message as to what's been reported to me ; so that he knew , incase there was something that he might do to help the family through this. Many times horrible things happen to people and it starts an avalanche of bad desisions for they believe that everything is ruined and life can't be worth living anymore. I'll see what other posts might say, and, if they need help; I certainly hope that with all the friends that are in Facebook, they should have an army to help in anyway needed. I could care less about cars but I watch jay' garage stuff for all over the house improvements and once again here we are as you can see I have a rusted metal cross I need to clean here and man I needed something that really works, tried the coke and foil, tried the vinegar and wet sanding, and clr, but nothing really is getting it ready for paint I was going to just buy a sand blaster and go for that i'll still do that but thanks for the quick glo i'm gonna try It, thanks for sharing!!
@@jimmysapien9961 I had to look at the container. I'm not completely sure. It says that you can use it on silver, brass, porcelain, windshields, mirrors, tires, motorcycles, bikes, boats, cars & more. on the back it says do not use on plastic and painted surfaces
I watch this tonight, sent him an email and he met me within 30 minutes. Showed me how it works on my car. It's really is amazing stuff. Ok it helps I live close by. Can’t wait to start using it. Brent is a great guy.
@@quick-glowithnicole9824 He rode on our Spanishtown Mardi Gras float which I believe he’s tried to get you on as well here while back. Perhaps this next year the both of you can make it. I know he had a good time though I’m not positive he remembers 😜
When he talks about pits, once the chrome is pitted, the nickel plate forces the base metal to rust, covering the holes only forms a film, hiding the underlying rusting process, that is why the guarantee is one year. This is a temp fix problem solver, which is great for people who have daily drivers or can't afford the re-chrome process. For my daily driver I use Bar Keepers Friends, for mild rust development and linseed oil for polish mirror affect.
If you listen to the entire video, Quick Glo is a product that cleans the rust then has an additive that seals the pores of the metal so when water hits it again the rust doesn't come back. Don't give coke, or steel wool options that will do the same thing. Coke isn't the same product that Quick Glo is. It's a chrome cleaner and rust inhibitor.
+Darryl Domino Coke is a refreshing drink.........NO NO No....Pour it on the bumper, but don't drink it.....Better yet, don't even buy buy it. Nevr use it on your car.
My Pops had this stuff in the garage with all his cleaning and lubricant products. The container looked different. Probably the old label... Thank you guys! 👍
I have to take your advice on rust removal. In the meantime I found some really old rusty antique wood handled screwdrivers and hammers and brought them home. I didn't have any time and did not want to leave them in that condition so I threw some sand in an old coffee can and poured in some leftover oil mixed it up and shoved in all the tools. Every day when I walk past them I move them around a little and they are still dark but there is no rust now. I still want to really clean them up and will be following the info from your garage.
Thanks Steve!! We appreciate your support. I'm Nicole, the Daughter of the Father/Daughter team. I will be posting videos over the next several weeks of projects using Quick-Glo. Feel free to contact us at www.quick-glo.com with any ideas. -Nicole
Cool. Used that all the time on my bicycle (wheels, fenders, handlebars, etc) 50 years ago. Great stuff. I see you can buy it from regular retailers, but if you buy it direct from their website, they get much more of the sale (AND it's much cheaper too).
Interesting comment about hard water in California leaving spots all over your car when it has been washed. The cure? I collect a bucketful of water from my dehumidifier (basically distilled water) and give my cars a final rinse with it. One cup from the bucket at a time and I just sheet the wet from the wash off the body. The results are absolutely stunning. Try it!

I call talked to Brent and bought this product to try ordered one 3 piece set for my son and myself I am a 70 year old former U S Army retired and built custom motorcycle for 12 years the retired from that but, still have my toy's I tried everything I don't have the for for all to clean up all my toy's will keep everyone posted I look forward to trying this.
After watching this video I ordered some to remove some rust from a couple of motorcycles, it works a lot better than I expected it to. It also works well to remove really hard dirt that has built up around bolts and in little hard to reach places over the years.
+Henry Charles Yeah, on the outside it works really well to remove dirt and rust. I don't know if you'd want to get any of it inside of the forks though.
thanks for being a humble , polite man !!! Id love to use it for the chrome on my antique wood burning stove. . I Suppose that would work ... Ill try it ...
I tried this on polished and rusty chromed parts on some drill presses I am restoring. it worked just like he shows, than i tried it on some bare metal parts I had in a tumbler, it actually dulled them a bit. so for chrome and polished metal you will be very happy. For cast iron, Justin's comment is spot on, paste wax. i use paste wax on the drill press columns after I polish them and they do not rust back up.
In short; good for cast metal (IMHO) and brass but not so good for chrome because if you press hard enough, it'll scratch the chrome. Long answer: If it's a shop tool I'd use it for that; I used it on one spot on a milling machine and it didn't rust where I used it and now it's months later. It's not the best for Chrome unless the chrome's already badly corroded, it scratches it easily _if_ you press too hard. I also used this on two brass fireplace fences (sorry, I dunno the word offhand) that had been corroded for years (both green and a dull brown) and it took all of that corrosion off.
Can you use this product on hand tools (screwdrivers, ratchet wrench, needle-nose pliers, nuts & bolts, etc.,)? Under my sink I had stored a set of tools my father (now deceased) had assembled for me and when I went to retrieve the needle-nose pliers to remove a paper jam from my shredder, I discovered all the tools had been wet and rusted. It's important that I give a try at restoration--if impossible, I'll just photo them and discard (tearfully). Thanks
How'd it work out on the plastic lights??? I'm having a similar problem with an old fiat clock. Everyone I have found has majorly cloudy plastic. Going to restore mine with glass I think. Have the clock repaired & get a lens cutter to shape my glass to fit the gauge.
other ways is using COKE, and tin foil, another way is to use a battery, put part in tub of water with borax mixed in, connect power to part and ground to a pole going into the water. the rust will just come off...

J
bought this product for my classic car chrome rims and it really does a great job!
Could I use this on the tailpipe tips of my truck? BMW X5
Ericka J. I did. And it works just fine.
What about aluminum wheels ?
@@jimmysapien9961 I had to look at the container. I'm not completely sure. It says that you can use it on silver, brass, porcelain, windshields, mirrors, tires, motorcycles, bikes, boats, cars & more. on the back it says do not use on plastic and painted surfaces
I don't have any chrome on my car. Makes me want to get something chromed just to use this stuff. Great video Jay.
I watch this tonight, sent him an email and he met me within 30 minutes. Showed me how it works on my car. It's really is amazing stuff. Ok it helps I live close by. Can’t wait to start using it. Brent is a great guy.
Thanks, Mr. Greg. Dad is a great guy. I'm glad that it was an amazing experience. -Nicole
@@quick-glowithnicole9824 He rode on our Spanishtown Mardi Gras float which I believe he’s tried to get you on as well here while back. Perhaps this next year the both of you can make it. I know he had a good time though I’m not positive he remembers 😜
Love that you promote small American businesses.

You forgot to say, "How much would pay? But WAIT, theses more! " Lol. Great video and awesome product.
“I feel like a sleaze ball infomercial guy”! I love Jay!
I’m going to buy some right now. Thanks Jay and Brent
I have used it on faded light lenses on cars..it works amazing!!!
Jay seems like a really cool guy.
this took me back decades to when I was a kid polishing my bike rims. It seemed so important at the time.
Me 2, i used Noxon in the 1960's which you can still get at Ace for 8 bucks.......will have to try this also.
+Philip Mannino Amazing how many guys on here failed to actually listen during the pitch. lol.
+Darryl Domino Coke is a refreshing drink.........NO NO No....Pour it on the bumper, but don't drink it.....Better yet, don't even buy buy it. Nevr use it on your car.
Never heard about using coke for rust, but I used to use coke on battery corrosion.
This show has really changed my view about Jay. He's a real humble car guy.
If you close your eyes while listening, this guy turns into Mike Tyson and when you open them you'll be like 1:51
+Samuel Gonzalez lmfao

My Pops had this stuff in the garage with all his cleaning and lubricant products. The container looked different. Probably the old label... Thank you guys! 👍
Yes, the labelling was changed when Brent purchase the company.
This stuff works awesome and a little goes a long way
I have to take your advice on rust removal.
Sorry I'm late, for some reason TH-cam waited 7 years to show me this. Just ordered some though. Support our American companies people!
Try it!
You can also use dishwasher rinse aid in a bucket of water.

I like the motorcycle in the back!
That's great . Support home grown business & a great product !
What's the word sir
After watching this video I ordered some to remove some rust from a couple of motorcycles, it works a lot better than I expected it to. It also works well to remove really hard dirt that has built up around bolts and in little hard to reach places over the years.
Can you use it on fork shocks?
+Henry Charles Yeah, on the outside it works really well to remove dirt and rust. I don't know if you'd want to get any of it inside of the forks though.
I just received my order. Thanks Brent! I Love Quick-GLO!
thanks for being a humble , polite man !!! Id love to use it for the chrome on my antique wood burning stove. . I Suppose that would work ... Ill try it ...
would this work on my shop tools tables saw, drill press planer bed etc... on the cast iron to keep it from rusting? it's a constant job here in NY.
+Art Connolly Google Johnson paste wax for those uses. It works great.
Art Connolly Mr.Leno doesn't know the difference between rust and dirty .
I want some of this in my garage. Thanks Jay and a BIG thumbs up for this one.
Got to love the Scott Flying Squirrel motorcycle in the background.
Thanks for that. Was wondering what that beauty was.
Purchased for my motorcycle because of this video and it does work very well.
Gonna find out myself, just ordered some. I'll be back!
Thanks
Just ordered mine !!! love these videos !!
How'd it work out on the plastic lights??? I'm having a similar problem with an old fiat clock. Everyone I have found has majorly cloudy plastic. Going to restore mine with glass I think. Have the clock repaired & get a lens cutter to shape my glass to fit the gauge.
"like whaaaa?' I want to have a beer with that man.
Jay should pop in surprise small town garages that restore old cars, like the Dalton Garage !!!
So funny, especially without writers and cue cards. Thanks for doing this.
excellent - Thanks Jay - buy USA
other ways is using COKE, and tin foil, another way is to use a battery, put part in tub of water with borax mixed in, connect power to part and ground to a pole going into the water. the rust will just come off...
or just buy a can of this.
