Glad to find your channel since you really cook in a kitchen (tired of the jet fuel/commercial plate cookers). Is using the big chop sticks any different than the little ones? I'm (still) trying to learn and this vid made me wonder if I should try the larger ones instead.
Thanks for your support! That's a great question. There aren't too many benefits in using longer chopsticks besides mainly having extra reach. This helps while cooking over heat since the distance reduces the chances of getting burned!
