Morning and night - drink 2-3 glasses of warm water. Half and hour before eating any food drink some water. Lie on your stomach before heavy meal to release excess gases n neutralize acid Walk for a min Or two in span of few hours Do some digestive aasnas Have some fibers in your diet Chew your food well.. Very effective. Eat only when you feel hungry (Explain more in detail in video.. These are my short points so please watch video as well)

Sir you should be taking rest to be living healthy.. also standing or sitting for too long with a bad knee or back pain is seriously going to do worse. Kindly check exercises for knee and back pain... and start slowly 🙏stay healthy and blessed

I think basic rule for the digession above all, is that you should chew your food properly, 90 percent of your problem will be disappear.
Not 90% but yeah..
Do all the recommendations will give the best result.
take some psyillium husk if needed to clear intestines it will work like a charm.
