Nice set up for now lol. All that kit gonna need upgrading. Frame might be fine. Id suggest getting some haptics for the pedals and a buttkicker. Fair play if its console, i see a pc, that stuff just isn't good enough for pc. No offence to fanatec pc fanboys, way better gear out there. Some of the pedals you can get are out of this world in features and workmanship. Wheels are outstanding. Get ya self a sinucube sport. More than enough power and fidelity. I love what fanatec bring to sim racing, you end on a brand like simucube who effectively let you use any wheel rim you want. Make your own wheels too. Via a button box or just make one.

I would love something like this but I use my pc primarily for fps games. I would have to either have a rig and play gran turismo or the new forza Motorsport coming out. Maybe one day I’ll have much more room
i use mine for both! i just pull the rig away from my desk to use it for fps/normal use, but it does take up some space which is a bit of an inconvenience haha

I have the same chassis and I was about to order the shifter/mouse pad attachment, seems like the shifter makes using the mouse pretty awkward. Maybe switch positions on the mouse pad and shifter? What are your thoughts on it?
@@daniel.s1k I no longer have a desk. I have a triple monitor stand right at my wheel base. I use a wooden box for my mouse and a mop bucket to put my keyboard on. Lol it's part awesome part ghetto.

there isn’t any duct tape on the qr haha but i did have to fix it once before, had to remove the shaft and recenter it in order for the base to recognize it again. i’ve heard good things about the qr2 though, so i’ll probably get it soon!
i’m pretty sure all of the Fanatec gear works with PS! but i’d just double check before buying anything, and you can either buy a monitor stand (www.6sigmasimracing.com/collections/all is where I got my Chassis and they have some monitor mounts/stands), or just put one on a desk/table like i do haha

When it comes to strength and robustness of the chassis, personally, i’d say it’s worth the extra $. Yes there are cheaper options, but it could be hard to find something quality for the price. Also, chassis’s can get into the thousands…so expensive/cheap is a very relative topic haha

you dont need a rig for either, and both are not a driving sim. if you get a rig you are playing AC, ACC, iracing, or bmg.

I saw the duct tape on your QR1. Definitely get the QR2. It’s worth it.
