Differences I found: TV channel shows a red pattern. Number World's map is extremely different. However, there still is a bedroom. Number World has different music. Sounds like a mix between Dream Room and Onsen-san but it might be one or the other. I can't tell. The Footprint Path connects Number World and Neon World. Neon World's map is much more open. Neon World connects to Guillotine World. The Severed Head effect apparently doesn't exist. Checked Tile Path now has Shield-Folk as music. Graffiti World is more simplistic. Graffiti World connects to Neon Tile Path. Neon Tile Path connects to Hell's Crossroads. Hell's Crossroads is slightly simpler. Hell's Crossroads connects to Hell and Eyeball World. Eyeball World is a bit different. Block World connects to Neon Tile Path. White Desert's main entrance isn't monochrome. Snow World connects to Face Carpet Plaza. Face Carpet Plaza connects to Dark World. Dark World has no markings on the ground. (great, i can get even more lost...) Wilderness is different. The Buyo Buyo effect is located in the Barracks Settlement. (why did you take so long to interact with it????) And that's all. See you in part 2....
Holy shit, they used that bedroom in the new Yume Nikki game! I suppose they did use some ideas from Kikiyama that weren't in the final version of the original game.

Yeah, that's actually the part of YN:DD that impressed me the most. I really didn't expect to see a reference to such an old world in it.
