This is excellent. Responsibility, like, "I'm the one to make this happen and nobody else is coming" is KEY.
Just what i needed. Having seen just few videos now and every next one of those never stops to amaze me. I think I am ready to have this honor of calling some one a Mentor that i looked for all those years. Thank you Mr Connor for being so genuinely effective yet humble as you preach.
Glad I could help!
your ability to explain concepts keeps me interested and focused until the end. Keep it up Conor
Your continuous smile on your face while speaking is a great lubricant towards attention!
I am grateful to have discovered you today Mr. Connor. Thank you for the tips and advises. I will surely invest time to play your videos every day and excited to practice and apply your teachings. God bless you.
Ppppp
Thank you Conor for this short yet insightful clip!
Conor, I realize you have a great amount of information to share with all of us who subscribe to your site, and I really appreciate your instructional videos. I also appreciate that your videos aren’t too long, it helps to retain more when you don’t get too much information. As they say, “sometimes more is less.” Thank you for your great videos.
Working on a research paper for my Sport Psychology class, I will use this video as a source.
all 4 traits relate to an internal locus of control which is a powerful motivator. Looking at what you can control when obstacles appear, concentrating on what is just ahead which is the part you have the most control over, taking responsibility is taking control, humility is part of the growth mindset popularised by Carol Dweck which is basically an internal locus of control in relation to your capacity to grow and improve
So smart and bright lecture by a professional individual..love your arts
A very stoic approach, love it...
Acceptance , presence in a moment ( one more step what you can ), responsibility and humility . I put it like «Citius, Altius, Fortius!» from Olympic on my dashboard !))

Ranulph Fiennes' anecdote about climbing Everest reminds me of that Churchill quote: "If you're going through hell, keeping going". Also 'The Next Right Thing' from Frozen 2 (about not looking beyond the next step).
