Brendon has been one of the biggest influences in my life. After attending High Performance Academy in 2015 I quit my job, changed careers and went on a tour across Canada sharing my story to elementary and high school students. Spoken to over 30,000 now, with a TEDx Talk. If Brendon Burchard did not exist, I have no idea where my life would be. Tom, Brendan, you two exemplify true role models. Thank you for everything that you do! You have both made a huge impact on my life! :-)
I have been trying to do something similar. I have a few questions on how you started, I am not able to email you on your channel, if you have time can you email me?
You know I have been watching these interviews for ages now and the guests are phenomenal but the questions are even better. And then I realised why I'm so addicted to it, its the complete humbleness and awe of Tom over his guests. Its incredible to see someone who has achieved so much in life but still so humbled by his guests. Well done and thank you, makes me learn a lot about how I would like to be in my journey to greatness.
Tom has (developed) this rare ability to look at his guests in awe, let them talk, but also to gently guide them with the right question if they are getting off tangent and therefore avoiding long ramblings. He listens and is able to pick up one single thought out of that conversation, then cut's it out, like a skilled brain surgeon with a fine scalpel, to bring the best out of his guests. I think it must be a pretty self-realizing experience to be interviewed by Tom Bilyeu! Often he manages to ask EXACTLY what I had in mind - hoping they would answer it - and Tom asks precisely what I was hoping to hear. It's Magic! :)
151 people disliked for one reason. Lack of clarity 😂 I am obsessed with Brendon and his team’s research on how to reach your optimum level of greatness and high performance. I have been commanding my life pretty much like what Brendon said “We want to set intention for what we want to do in that situation and we have to release tension” - Thats exactly one of my upfront thinking when I go through my day. It’s very effective. Tom Bilyeu is like the male Oprah Winfrey- who interview different but mostly successful people to learn and leverage from their personal success stories. Indirectly educating people without making it compulsory for everyone to follow. Thank you Tom and for the entire team that made Impact Theory. It is a great source of education, knowledge and inspiration.
Thnx tom..i have been dealing with depression and being hopeless on myself..by watching this video,i learned,: -MOMENTUM MATTERS.. -SMALL LITTLE SMALLS WINS DAILY,BREEDS HOPE AND CONFIDENCE. -HONOUR THE STRUGGLE.. AGAIN THNX TOM&BRENDON FOR THE SHOW...
This guy is on a league of his own. I never dedicate my time more than 10-15 minutes to any TH-cam video. But this one, I'm excited to watch all the way to the end. I could listen to him for days. He's so smart, measured, engaging, respectful and fun. I actually pause the video to write this comment. Unlike others, he's one I believe, knows what he's talking about. He actually studies the Psychology of human behavior....and then, CREATES amazing content; while others just copy and regurgitate other people's hard work.
"I believe that [blank] is possible for me! I can achieve that!" Tell that to yourself everyday, people! And be all in! And own it! Such an amazing talk! It makes such a difference! Thank you!
Tom, you really enabled Brendon to be his best. After engaging in his books and videos for years, this interview was one of Brendon's most impactful expressions. What I appreciate about your interview approach (as an interviewer myself) is how you make it all about your guest and open the door for their full expressions. Great job!
Just incase someone needed this part: In that moment...determine the feeling that we are after and live into that feeling and not hope it lands on us, “that’s when somebody starts getting real mastery in life.” - Brendon Burchard #legendaryguys ❤️ Thanks for all that you are doing Tom! 😍💪🏽🙌⭐️
The moment when brendon had tears in his eyes when talking about his woman underneath his bills is heartbreaking, but in such an empowering way. You are such a real and warm and wonderful person, Brendon. I cant say it often enough.
I realized something right now. I always felt lonely in my life. It had many reasons at first, like isolating myself after horrible trauma, false assumptions of others, fear, hatred, you name it. Gradually, I worked through all of these. I learned a lot through this part of my journey, also to be okay and content with spending lots of time alone. I can still improve a ton on my social skills and I actually do not feel desperately lonely anymore. But there is still that disconnect between me and the people I know: they dont love learning and improving like I do. They doubt me every step of the way. They run away from things that are uncomfortable. This week I watched a ton of Impact Theory's, Brendon's and others videos and I felt challenged to grow but also so, so understood. My friends and others call me crazy and actually get angry at me for things like taking full responsibility of your emotions, that you have to and can grow way beyond your current strengths and weaknesses and that you can actually learn to be happy. They tell me I'm special and they cant do that, they tell me that they are a unique snowflake that is uncontrollably driven by sadness, anger, fear...and that's all not true but their choice. When I listen to these videos though I finally just feel understood in my thoughts. Like I can just be without needing endless time to explain myself without ever being fully understood. This fire that Brendon talks about at 35:18, I have rarely seen that in the eyes of a person that I know it's my favourite feeling in the world. Thank you.
WOW. For someone so accustomed to "alone", I'm confident you speak for so many people in the self-development community. Btw, way to eloquently summarize many years of your social interactions. Incredible! Don't forget to appreciate your own company. ...And enjoy continually improving at *always* actively embracing those rare, beautiful interactions with other like-minded people! ❤️
"“If you want to win, your identity has to be tied into that thing in which you’re trying to succeed at and give to." That part of the conversation resonated very strongly with me. I realized that, wait a minute, I actually don't do this fully yet. I need to make this a matter of *identity*, not just of 'behaviors' and 'goals.' Honestly, I didn't go into this with a positive mindset, but Brendon won me over. I thought him to be a bit of a huckster -- with his "courses" for 1.000 dollar or so -- but it's clear that the guy does know his stuff *and* is passionate about it.
The one moment that resonated strongly with me was Brendon sharing the time his future wife went to bed under his bills sparking the drive for him to succeed. My wife is my why. I'm going to create a life where we can spend an unlimited amount of quality time together. There will be no concern for the number of vacation days left. No more scheduling our lives around my job. We will go where we want, when we want, for however long we want, living out our passion every day. I'm "obsessed" with making this happen. One of Zig Ziglar's quotes helps me stay focused, "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want." Thank you for great motivational content 😁
So nice to hear about how awkward you guys feel on video, it's so important for everyone else to hear about where you came from and how you started, and how you had to grow! It gives everyone else hope and immediately connects you to your audience
My entire motivation for building my business is to earn one of your legendary long winded introductions - then print it on my grave stone and look at it every day.
I used to think this guy was completely full of Bs because his ads kept bothering?!! But now that I finished hearing his story I was completely wrong, i had struggles with just getting out of bed... and taking a shower ..he had earned my respect
@ 22:00 what Brendan's saying reminds me of when Jay Shetty talked about how the greatest power is being surrounded by attachment but not consumed by it.
Everytime i saw brendon instagram posts I always thought that he was another guy trying to sell his book until today.... Today I said "don't judge a book for its cover" and man.... this guy left me without words to describe how amazing and inspirational he is. i'm totally getting his book.
I'm SO GLAD I listened to this one. It came on automatically after Lisa's podcast with her stepmum, An. I assumed that I'd heard enough of Brendon that I could skip this talk. Wowsers! Was I WRONG!! This is my absolute favorite BB talk of all. Brand new LOVE for him and his authenticity. Truly felt his heart in this talk. Tom, I'm so grateful to both you and your wife for bringing the content I want in my head. I am VERY PARTICULAR about what goes in...so THANK YOU for the good stuff...GREAT STUFF!! IMPACTFUL STUFF🤩😀😁
Tom Bilyeue, you rock.. this was one of the best conversations I heard, It was king-size touching every aspect of life. If you pay close attention to what Brendon says and look in his eyes, you may get in tears...Amazing interview. Keep rocking Tom with your wonderful guests. Thanks Brendon for sharing your real you, as always...
35:10 - Wow. I do remember the first personal development book I read. The year was 2015. The book was the Four Hour Workweek. It transformed my entire way of thinking and got me fired up for the endless opportunities we all have in life. Since then, I quit my oil & gas job, invented a product and got a patent granted, and I’ve grown a podcast to 25k monthly downloads. And I’m just getting started! Videos like this help me keep that fire and desire burning strong. Thanks Brendon and Tom for the gold nuggets.
Wow I heard right away that when Brendon was 19 he was depressed, but then involved in a near fatal car accident and I knew I would resonate incredibly with this one. I was in the exact same situation when I was 20 years old and I can tell you first hand it definitely changes you soooooooooooooooooo much.
I am in the season of studying high performers and how I need to step into that space. I used to think I was one and some years went through a major life change that forced me into a mental box of mediocrity..I took whatever and just did whatever...until recently. I absolutely love this interview. So resonating - the entire interview helped me.
There are those who inspire with energy, like the Joel Osteen's of the religious constructs, and there are those who Inspire with Wisdom, Deep Analysis, Critical Questioning, and true Altruistic Endeavors. The world will only get better with people like Tom Bilyeu, who inspire with true experience, deep understanding, and comprehensive learning...and not just hyping on dogmatic whims that resonate with those who just want to become financially "rich". Tom's respect here is extremely admirable, given his desire to become the Alpha of Matrix liberators, and his awareness of the "Osteeners" out there.
I love how Brendon tells a personal anecdote to his website domain name and therefore manages to mention it like 6 times instead of once. This is next level marketing live on air
These men are such a pleasure to listen because there is so much to learn from them. They have such a profound understanding of human nature and self development it is almost uncanny.
It has always rubbed me wrong when I hear someone say, stay in your own lane. If you did that you might never go any where! Thank you for validating that, that is false information! Great interview :)
I absolutely love this. I started following Brendon on social media a while ago, more recently I've been watching Tom's impact theory videos. I'm ecstatic to see this one. Has me reflecting on how far I've come and how hard I'm working to get someone better.
This interview wih Brendon was incredible! People don't know me when they say I'm passionate about something until they discover my one and only obsession lol! But then, that obsession seems to be a real master key for my goals. I've never quite understood how people were obsessed with social medias and netflix, but Brendon has a good point!
tai adam I too loved that. Every woman would love her man to count her worthy enough to work hard to provide for her in such an excellent way...as Brendon has done for his “woman”. I respect you Brendon.
I needed this one Tom, he put certain things into perspective for me... oh where would I be without you and the content your guest bring to this show. Very grateful!!!
Finding clarity... Thats a huge message and something which whom I have been questioning myself since I moved to germany to study almost 3 years ago. I feel blessed to watch every week Impact Theory. I have seen Brendon in some youtube adds before but until you Tom and Impact Theory invited him to the show I didnt truly know who he was. Thank you for giving me (us) the chance to meet him and be able to keep informing ourself. Already ordered his book :P
Dear Tom, I simply cannot describe how grateful I am to you and your team for making all of this great interviews happend!! This particularly has brought some great insights to me! It became my ritual to watch these interviews before going to sleep and it has effected my thinking and behaving!!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART AND LOTS OF LOVE FROM CROATIA!!!! Keep going strong, you're making an incredible impact!! Greetings!!
My take on this awesome video with Brendon. There is a massive difference between inner motivation and outer motivation. Inner motivation is there for the long run, it sticks and it´s equal to high performance.
Thank you for the great content. With the use of Mel Robbins “5 second rule” and Brendon’s advice on doing what needs to be done for someone else you love, has really started changing my performance and productivity for what I want to achieve in my life.
Brandon, congratulations! I've been watching your videos for years and to see you on this particular show is so significant to me... To be on the same mike as incredible thinkers such as Joe Dispenza and Dr Shefali, what an honor! I'm so happy for you.

Wow! Thank you for sharing!!!
Great story Myles! Thanks
I like how Tom actually lets the people he's interview talk
He's totally amazing.
Wowww!
Eliezer Rosa i hugely agree
Unlike Chris cuomo on cnn
Proves he’s a good interviewer lol

"We are generating the emotions, and as soon as we own that responsibility, life gets really fun... " I. love. it.
Tom, you are an amazing interviewer. You exemplify active listening. Inspiring!
Thank you!
Brendon is one of those guys that is guaranteed to light up the room with positive energy. Great episode
"I believe that [blank] is possible for me! I can achieve that!" Tell that to yourself everyday, people! And be all in! And own it!

ProBoomer.com I totally agree!!
Brendon Burchard changed my life.
I'm so grateful for living in this time where wisdom is so easily available.
"A lot of people don't do the work because a lot of people don't believe the outcome" - Brendon Burchard
This is one of my favorite interviews. I have watched it twice.
Love it!

I follow Brendon because he is energetic and genuine. He seems to be a caring human being and that is a great thing when helping others 😊
The moment when brendon had tears in his eyes when talking about his woman underneath his bills is heartbreaking, but in such an empowering way.
You are such a real and warm and wonderful person, Brendon. I cant say it often enough.

Jennifer, your story resonates with me 1000%. I hope you are doing well!
Two of the most influential people in my life on one stage. Both continue to help me redfine my life.

I don't like Brendons marketing style but with 26:40 he has earned my respect for life.
Tom bilyeu is really an exceptional individual.Really thankful to him for creating this series.

Brendon Burchard
healthy heart and healthy mind.
he won me at that moment talking about his wife crawling under the bills, that was real emotion right there
Brendon is always packed with flowing energy. Tom as usual great interviewer. One new insight is to focus on NECESSITY
Mad respect for what you guys do. It’s the likes of Tom Bilyeu, Brendon Burchard, Evan Carmichael, etc etc that I can view at as a mentor.
this guest is my favorite by far. he is soooo on point. i dig it
Probably the best community on TH-cam.
I agree with educate society, " If no one thinks your'e crazy then your not yet operating to the outter limits of your potential"
Just Beautiful
He is quickly becoming my favorite GURU.
Bredon you are one of my online teachers. Tom is perfect for collecting talents in the world.
Been waiting for Brendon to come here for a long time
I love how Brendon tells a personal anecdote to his website domain name and therefore manages to mention it like 6 times instead of once. This is next level marketing live on air
Phenomenal intro for a phenomenal man. Love Brendan! Just the sweetest, most genuine and the real deal. Many a morning he’s gotten me out of bed.
I adore Brendan, I feel he has great value. Thanks Tom!!!
Had to watch this a second time. Love these two, SO much wisdom. 💡
Loved this. That point of lack of expectancy hindering motivation hit home.
This guy is on the money 👌🏼most people are too afraid to go all in and end up apathetic
Please Tom, never stop guiding us!
You’re amazing!!!! Who are the people give a thumbs down??? Are they kidding me???
I absolutely love this. I started following Brendon on social media a while ago, more recently I've been watching Tom's impact theory videos. I'm ecstatic to see this one. Has me reflecting on how far I've come and how hard I'm working to get someone better.
This interview wih Brendon was incredible! People don't know me when they say I'm passionate about something until they discover my one and only obsession lol! But then, that obsession seems to be a real master key for my goals. I've never quite understood how people were obsessed with social medias and netflix, but Brendon has a good point!
Never had a more positive first impression of someone in the self-help field - great episode, thanks
Honor the struggle...it's going to be hard. I accept it. Struggles make me better. Don't run from them.
26:20 that reason just gave me the chills ...POWERFULL
Tom king of Intros
You interviewing these guys really helps me not be so cynical about things.
26:30 that hit me really hard. Wow! Thank you Brendon for your powerful words, you and Tom sure did have an impact on me!
This was so powerful, thank you! I'll definitely be sharing this
One of the best interviews💯🎯
Loved the way he says "my woman".
tai adam I too loved that. Every woman would love her man to count her worthy enough to work hard to provide for her in such an excellent way...as Brendon has done for his “woman”. I respect you Brendon.
I can’t wait til you interview ET, I can only imagine!!
He left on a bicycle

There’s a chance this is my favorite one so far but it is definitely the most immediately relevant, touching and important. Thank you so much.
Finding clarity... Thats a huge message and something which whom I have been questioning myself since I moved to germany to study almost 3 years ago.

It is an amazing thing when two people who inspire you come together to make amazing free content like this. Thank you!
i cried watching this video. he said she was my drive
The identity part is true... the business, the woman, the family and everything else should be aligned with who you are
I’ve been watching brendon since 2015. He’s amazing 💕
I truly appreciate his advice about depression.
Way to start putting the pieces together!
Loving each second of this interview! Already bought the book!! Thank you for your amazing work, both of you. 🙌
I needed to hear about the Passion vs Obsession part. Now it's time for me to move from passionate to obsessed!
Finally Brendon Burchard - I was waiting for this interview :D
This is my favourite Impact Theory Show, absolutely fire. 🔥🧠
Brandon, congratulations! I've been watching your videos for years and to see you on this particular show is so significant to me... To be on the same mike as incredible thinkers such as Joe Dispenza and Dr Shefali, what an honor! I'm so happy for you.
Tom your intro's are second to none. I'm mega impressed every single time you introduce anyone.
Great interview... as always ❤︎🙏🏼
Awesome Brendon ! If your not living on the edge your taking up too much room! Be obsessed!
