Lt Col MacAulay came and spoke at Eglin recently and I have to say that she is such an intelligent and inspiring woman. Thank you for passing your wisdom and experience onto us ma’am. Much respect.

I wish I had know she was going to speak at Eglin as I would have attended for sure. Where did she speak?

Dr. MacAulay did a wonderful job piecing important aspects of mindfulness with military performance together. I can only imagine how difficult it was to break barriers with the taboo nature mindfulness holds, especially within the military. You're definitely a fantastic representation of a mindful leader and an inspiration to individuals who strive for mindful change in order to connect with others.
    Great job!

She spoke at a USAF unit I support today (71st Rescue Squadron, Jolly Greens!), and all I can say is wow. Definitely going to incorporate the four Ls, and practice meditation by focusing body parts starting with my big right toe.

I salute the one who put his or her life on the line. Those who actually think by themselves and challenge politicians decision when necessary got my respect.

Didn't need to watch vid - the bio alone was very inspirational. I come from a military family, practice medicine, am trying to exercise mindful meditation, and with my yoga-loving wife eat a plant-based diet. The struggle is maintaining balance while trying to advance in multiple directions throughout this journey. Thanks for the insight into your approach Dr.

Thank you so much. This is just the best advice for me in this period of time. I am now a freshman and I've always been too intensively driven toward sucess that my mind has always been restless. After listening to your presentation, I know that I have to slow down, put on my oxygen mask and relief some stress off my shoulder to life a happier life. You're amazing❤❤

Great presentation...and very impressive leader. It's very reassuring to me to see that people like Lt Col MacAulay are in leadership positions in the Air Force.

Good topic, would draw audience in better with a story at the beginning rather than describing and lecturing - easy to get lost when we are not flight leaders with houses and dogs.... But, thank you for raising the issue....

It’s all just political correctness, until all the standards are the same. Granted she didn’t create the standards, however the standards were lower for her.

It was a mistake you went into combat and be a mom at the same time. Mindfulness is a good tool. But you're a bad example for all women all over the world. Better acknowledge that as a woman you should not do both be a mom and make a career.
