Love jellyrolls
Me too! Tons ov color variety! I just wish they didn't shed all over the place, lol!
A little tip I found - before you open your jelly roll with pinked edges, run a lint roller over both sides of the roll. It picks up quite a bit of the lint.
Thank you! I have the kids take them outside and shake them, and bonus it gets some energy out too:)-Kelly
What a great tip. Thanks so much for sharing! Don’t know why I never thought of that!!😂
@pamkahmann3833 yes!!
Consider using those extra blocks in a storage bag for the quilt. I started doing that for my quilts.
Love it! I think I'm going to make a nursery donation quilt with it:)-Kelly

Hi im from South Africa Can i use all my scrap strips to make this pattern
Yay! I love using up every bit of fabric!!
Will it shrink if you starch them? Just watched a video that showed with the 5 inch squares they shrunk 1/8th inch. Thank you.
Yes!! So be careful! The stach is worth it if you cansqueeze it in.-Kelly
Do you cut with both y our left and right ? I just found your channel. You are a great teacher.
I do! But carefully. I'm really right handed.-Kelly
Why couldn't you use a all white jelly roll for the sashing?
That would be a great solution! I buy that Bella Solid by the bolt so I have miles of it :)-Kelly
How do you starch them. Have not starched my material befor
th-cam.com/video/N8w0gz1tFe4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=C1p4VbeOhk10-YB2You can check ou this video to see step by step what I do. :)-Kelly
Where did red strips run off to?
Right! But the finished quilt has enough red, however I was worries:)
I missed the name of the Jelly roll? Love it so pretty ❤
Sweet Liberty - Moda. I was sad that it did not have more red, but once it was assembled the colors look great!!-Kelly
What’s the purpose of starching?
Only helps to keep the fabric from stretching if tugged on to rough.
Also makes it easier to cut if it has some stiffness to it!
Also helps to stop fraying...
Yes, especially multiple layers!-Kelly
This video is so stunted.no need to show the bobbin problem.
Thank you for the feedback!-Kelly
