Great video thanks.I like that high vis inside the pack idea.I can see that it would make a big difference. Most others are black inside and it's very hard to see the smaller things .This is something that I will soon look for when buying..
Great review. I too noticed the discomfort on one shoulder after carrying my Javelin 2.0 all day during Shot Show last year. Will be moving moving up to the Trident Gen 2.
I'm very interested in the cancelle carry aspect of the bag. I have the 1st Gen Mobius ( great bag, 2 years now ), but it kills my shoulder . I tend to carry 12 lbs. great video
Greetings. Both will work well I'm sure. Main this is if the new one has moe features you'd use more often. Some bags are filled with cool features but ones I'd never use.
Great review as usual. I have some unusual questions regarding the bag. I am needing a photography bag for wildlife. I was looking very hard at the javelin due to the fact that it has the easy and quick access of a sling bag. The problem is that when you are shooting wildlife, the lenses are big and heavy. I thought I would look at some backpack options and on the website. Vanquest promotes this as a backpack that has slingbag access. 1. How easy is it to access the side when you are wearing it backpack style? It looks like un-slinging one side, removing the belt (if you are using it) then balancing the bag on one shoulder, would be hard and impractical. 2 Would I be better off just getting a javelin or a designated outdoor photography backpack rather than messing with the Trident? 3. Or is the Trident a legitimate concept for my unusual usage? This is what Vanquest says about it. swing the backpack to your front like a slingpack, and access the interior from the side zipper opening What is your take on it from a hands on perspective who has ran both systems?
Hi I'm new to your channel and I'm wondering if you could make an episode making a bug out bag/camping backpack using the Oakley Bathroom Sink (24L) or something equal plz! :D Thanks a lot!
Best bag ever! The comfort fully loaded was a surprise and the organisation of the pockets is excellent. Totally recommended!
Makes for a perfect camera gear backpack. Blaze orange interior makes locating gear a breeze!!
I also have this bag. I love it. It's my EDC bag and its my favorite thus far from Vanquest.
Picked one up when it was discounted for pre-order. Really like the bag. Nice review.

Yeah - 2 straps is better for all that walking.
Just received mine, in wolf gray, to replace the javelin, sold it, like a backpack better. I also have the bigger Trident 31.
Vanquest is great.
Yeah - there are definite advantages to a backpack vs. a sling bag.
Great review of the bag. Thank you so much!

I just wasted 3 hours today, looking at other laptop and carry on bag reviews. I should have started here. Thanks for sharing.
Glad it helped, Kevin.

That high viz interior is genius!
Hello fellow New Hampshire-ite... I've been looking for a new bag, going back and forth between the Trident 2.0 and 30.
Greetings. Both will work well I'm sure. Main this is if the new one has moe features you'd use more often. Some bags are filled with cool features but ones I'd never use.
I ordered one during the pre-order. After I got it I realized it was way too small for my daily needs. Nice bag though.
Great review sir! Would you go with the Vanquest Trident 2.0 or the Maxpedition Falcon II ? Thanks :)
Great review as usual. I have some unusual questions regarding the bag.

From what you're describing, I'd recommend a sling pack. That's what I like to carry when shooting video for sure.
OK Cool.
Thanks
The similarities are so close that I thought I would ask. I do love my mobus and that might mean the javelin is the right one for me.
Would you pick this over the Oakley range bag???
