- Grabbed a kit off the shelf, just like each customers receives, unbolted the Whipple and got down to business. This "modified" On 3 install term people are using is nothing more than saying installed improperly. This is no different than what customers are receiving. You MUST FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. Yes, things are tight, you must know what you are doing and not for a novice.
I think it would be very fun to offer a few builds in a limited edition run built by On 3 Performance. If you had interest, let us know. We have our shop truck #1, design truck for the 21+ as 2, #3 would be the one and only Boosted GT, #4 is the truck you are seeing here. If you would like to have professionally installed and build truck by the designers of the kit, keep following and inquire about an individualized build. Next in line will be #5 for in-house builds. 100's of other customers out there but these we are looking to have customers who want an perfectly setup truck by the designers of the system handling everything on the build.
Keep following more more info, details on how the kit works as well as fitment! 1000+ to the wheels here we come!
Any heat issues with the ECM or on the Driver side. would you recommend some heat sheilding or wraps. The plastic Trans oil pan looks like it might have problems with the cross over. i am thinking on this kit for my 2021. keep up the good work
Any chance of a low mount kit? Seems like that would be easiest and more room?? Either way, great product look to purchasing one in the near future.
it will be out late winter, its designed and sitting on my floor right now I just dont want to start any new production projects right now yet
What’s the HO difference from single to double, I plan on getting a kit for my 23, problem is shops are quoting me 3500-4K for instal is that fair ? For that price I might aswell get a whipple
4k for an install is a scam. Your talking two completely different platforms too. You either want turbo and it does cost more on the install side or a blower
@@On3Performance1 thanks for the reply I want a single turbo since it fits if my budget but like I said shops are quoting 4K, I’m going to ask around before I purchase but I definitely want a single turbo for daily driving
@@anthonycervantes8028 what state are you in?
@@On3Performance1 northern CA, Bay Area
I have 2018 f150 5.0 10 speed, would i need to upgrade anything specific to throw on the turbo kit or do i need upgraded injectors, drive shaft, all that fun stuff
depends how crazy you are going to get with it. 700 and below there isnt much you need to do, from there, you will have supporting mods to handle the power
@@On3Performance1 I’m looking to buy long tube headers with hi flow cats, wanted to twin turbo with some sort of nice cooling system, and throw e85, anti lag…
how long did it take to install full kit ?
Where y’all located how long did it take. To install the kit
Its what we do for a living here and designed it so much quicker than most. Id say most shops to do the install, fuel and tuning is a week. I dont know if you are asking for us to plan a build or just curious on install time
Man id drive from cali to get a max effort build
Can we get a full install video?!
It would be a 30 hour video, we have detailed directions but most people are confused even from that. This is something that about 80-90% of the people out there need to pay a professional to install. 90% of the so called "problems" people encounter are them in over their head and would all be eliminated if our staff was handling the kit. Being brutally honest is all
@@On3Performance1 Whats the install charge if you guys do it and wait time to have a vehicle.
How much
Will this kit fit the 2024s?
I have a customer doing an install here in the next week or so to give us feedback and Ill be able to get you more info soon!
@@On3Performance1did it fit?
problem is you cannot tune them right now
@On3Performance1 yes I'm aware. But did it fit?
Damn....i guess all the people having issues or have had issues were just dumb.....or the shops....oh well.
I welcome anyone that had issues to come look at the installed kit while its on the lift. Nothing was touched, welded, anything. It bolts on just like we intended and turned out damn good too
