    I’ve only started watching some of your videos for the last couple months. I really like that you two have kept your exercises pretty simple, it makes them really easy to modify them to a more advanced level or keep them out of beginner. You guys are awesome!

    Great workout today! I've been improving the hydration especially since it's starting to warm up here in LA. In addition to the two weeks, I did a nice mile walk with my son.

    Well, this morning’s workout was a beast as always! This plus core-dio was enough to make me rethink my life’s decisions 🤣
    Due to the immense quantities of sweat lost, I made sure to drink copious amounts of water the rest of the day!

    I've been using your workouts for the past 3 weeks and I was a bit doubtful on progress since nothing has really worked for me. I'm slim but not toned, but since doing your workouts i'm toning and taking shape in places I didn't think i'd see so soon. What I realised was I wasn't pushing myself hard enough, but you have a sense of encouragement that you omit during sessions which is nice. It isn't too in your face, which generally makes me feel like a piece of shite, but instead you give just enough energy to say 'get off your ass', it's doable.

    Just loving EVERYTHING about this channel. I just did a dynamic WU then your 10 min push up progressions (even though I'm not new to pushups), then followed up with this and let me tell you!!!     Today’s workouts really made me work up a sweat! Day 3 complete. I have been trying to continue drinking 100 oz of water a day, but it has been a challenge, I usually can get to about 80 oz a day. However, I am continuing to push myself to get that extra 20 ounces in.

    Week 4, Day 3:
    I loved the quick jabs and cross body wood chops. I set a reminder on my computer every hour to make sure I’m drinking plenty of water during the day.

    Day 24 ✅ did both workouts 3 hours ago but forgot to leave a comment. I love me some cardio, really enjoyed the workout. My dad did some of the exercises and watched me do some of them. He definitely liked the punching the most 😁 I'm slightly sore from yesterday's plyo workout so enjoyed getting some blood flowing 👌

    Amazing workouts. Started following you guys from past 1 week however I can see how effective your workouts are. It would be beneficial if you could also mention how many calories will be burnt in a particular workout session as mentioned by others. It really helps us to keep a track in case one is working towards effective weight loss.

      Hi! Glad you're enjoying the workouts! To your suggestion- if you want effective weight loss- us giving you the calories could do just the opposite. Calories burned ranges widely from person to person with each workout. In this cardio workout- one person could have burned 100 while another could have burned 300. If we told you you're burning 300, but you actually are only burning 100- you're going to think you're 200 calories more in a deficit than you actually are- which could cause one person to eat more calories- in turn gaining/slowing their weight loss because they think they are in a deficit, but truly aren't. We tell this to everyone who mentions it, because theres a purposeful reason we don't add the calories. If you're focused on how many calories you're burning- we recommend wearing a fitness tracker so that you can get an amount as accurate to YOUR body as possible.

    Day 3 this week🔥🔥Loved this one, went by super fast but DAMN I was sweating a ton, especially after cordio. I love the punches and drop squats...burpee squats and mountain climbers were another story but I know they still worked me so thats all that matters!! Keep it up yall!💪🏽🔥

    Might be my new favorite workout channel. Loved everything about this - great vibe - challenging, but you let the exercises speak for themselves - CHILL upbeat music (my favorite part) and no talking during the workouts.     Love this workout... Only thing missing is the stretching at the end for us older folks. 🤣😁😁 I'm in my 40's and I don't bounce back from soreness as quickly if I don't stretch afterwards.
    I should have done it on my own.. I know... I know, but I forgot and FELT IT!
    PLEASE... add stretching at the end of your videos! Y'all are dope, and y'all look AMAZING! 💪🏽🏋🏾‍♂️

      Hi Faith!! Most of our videos we add a cool down and warm up! For the ones that dont- we have a ton of stretches and a warm up on the channel for you 😊 Thank you for your feedback!

    Wow...that was quite the workout!! I am sweating for sure. The last set was a bit more difficult for me; my arms got tired and I couldn’t do the knee taps. But I did what I could and persevered. 💪💪
