For those not feeling them-sporty-selves today. I couldn't complete it just like I wanted to. I had to stop a few times, I drank water at minute 7 and transformed most of the squats exercises, Im right now stopped on minute 19:30 writing this laying on the floor, but here we are. Don't give up!

I'm the 33 year old teen girl doing this in my room to feel better about my body 😂 and YOURE SO RIGHT. now that I'm in my 30s, I look at old pictures and I'm like "Dude... I thought I was so ugly... I really wasn't at all... and now I actually am ugly!!" and I feel like I wasted my whole youth to being an addict. I was on heroin since I was 18 or 19 and I finally just quit 2 years ago! But I definitely wasted my youth. You don't care about looks when you're just dope sick all the time and trying to get more

omfg I DID IT!!!! I COMPLETED IT!!! There were a couple exercises that I just couldn't do so I did something else during those ones, or an easier version of the exercise, like I just did regular glute bridges instead of the one legged ones. There were only 3 or 4 that I couldn't do and one of them was just because I didn't have the space, the superman one. My rooms too cramped for my arms to go out for that one. This is the first time I ever completed a workout! This is the 2nd time I ever tried to follow a youtube workout! The first one I only made it like 3 minutes in. That was like a month ago or so
I am pregnant so now I’m doing her low impact workouts. This was a good for me with my pregnancy at this moment! Then I’ll be back to her intense workouts!
