      I'm replying to remind you to do it just in case you ended up forgetting!! Or if you ended up giving up, maybe this can be a sign to start again! If you actually see it, I never see my replies on youtube for some reason. I'll end up stumbling across a video that I commented on before, and I'll see my comment with like 10k likes and a bunch of replies and I'm like wtf dude I didn't get a single notification for ANY of that haha

    For those not feeling them-sporty-selves today. I couldn't complete it just like I wanted to. I had to stop a few times, I drank water at minute 7 and transformed most of the squats exercises, Im right now stopped on minute 19:30 writing this laying on the floor, but here we are. Don't give up!

    Omg I did it!! I had to take breaks in between but I am still very proud of myself for completing the workout . Also I am so sweaty at this point that I cant even tell you It was also a great motivation to see her working out with us 😊

    for all the teen girls doing this in their rooms to feel better about their body. your not alone. every single girl you see is insecure about at least something about their body. whether it’s something you can tell or not. everyone single girl is. i just want you to know that you are made beautifully. just how God wants you to be. you will have insecurity’s. you will. but don’t let them define you. because one day you will look back and say “she was so pretty, why did i hate her.” you will regret all the times you said a bad thing about yourself. most people won’t look at you and be able to tell your insecurities, and if they do, screw it. the girls who bully you don’t like themselves either, that’s why they’re taking it out on you. don’t listen to them. girlies. y’all are all beautiful whether your short, tall, skinny, curvy, thin, thick, long hair, short hair, brown hair, blonde hair, ginger hair, blue eyes, green eyes, brown eyes, grey eyes, white, black, abs, no abs, thin thighs, thick thighs, cellulite, stretch marks, freckles, scars, moles, pimples, dark spots, body hair, v shaped face, square face, diamond face, oval face, anything in between. you’re still beautiful. love, your are stunning. absolutely breathtaking. girlies. your not alone in your insecurities. i love you.       I'm the 33 year old teen girl doing this in my room to feel better about my body 😂 and YOURE SO RIGHT. now that I'm in my 30s, I look at old pictures and I'm like "Dude... I thought I was so ugly... I really wasn't at all... and now I actually am ugly!!" and I feel like I wasted my whole youth to being an addict. I was on heroin since I was 18 or 19 and I finally just quit 2 years ago! But I definitely wasted my youth. You don't care about looks when you're just dope sick all the time and trying to get more

    Nice routine! I’m very grateful for this no jumping routine today… I’ll do all of the “head upright” parts and what I’m able to do on the other parts, having had multiple retinal bleeds in the nights lately. Thanks for this workout Anna! ❤❤❤

    Thank you for this workout!
    I started to workout with "easier" dance workouts a month ago and felt I was ready to try this video.
    Even though I could not do all the exercises you did, I managed to not give up before the Video ended. I just did an easier variation of the few that I couldn't do proprerly😅.
    Tomorrow I will do the 25 min beginner workout. Last time I tried that one, I was done after 8 minutes. Curious how it will be tomorrow.

    Your video popped out of nowhere to me. I was curious to try this a couple of days ago, only made it through halfway... Today I gave it another try and i made it ! I have lost 50kg over the years but there's been several years I have'nt done ANYTHING and that starts to show.     This is my favourite workout from yours when I don’t feel I can do a proper HIIT for the day. The songs make the workout so much fun

    omfg I DID IT!!!! I COMPLETED IT!!! There were a couple exercises that I just couldn't do so I did something else during those ones, or an easier version of the exercise, like I just did regular glute bridges instead of the one legged ones. There were only 3 or 4 that I couldn't do and one of them was just because I didn't have the space, the superman one. My rooms too cramped for my arms to go out for that one. This is the first time I ever completed a workout! This is the 2nd time I ever tried to follow a youtube workout! The first one I only made it like 3 minutes in. That was like a month ago or so
