Same, but I’m better whenever I reduce my caffeine intake. I also sit on the bed without leaning on anything, and when i get tired i fall back asleep. Try not to stress about it though 😂 coz you’ll put your mind on an active mode.

I hate sleeping while lying on my back, so I do legs against the wall yoga pose for 30 minutes. I move my angles around and some other leg exercises. The exercises keep me awake. This pose guarantees me a good night's sleep and eases my back pains. Thanks Dr

I hope this does work doc, because after being diagnosed with clinical depression, it's a vicious circle falling asleep easily, yet waking up each morning feeling so tired that I just want to go back to sleep. It's wreaking havoc on my life.
