Thank you Sarah Raymond for your soothing gentle meditative voice. When you said think of your San Culpa, perhaps with an I am, I was reminded of my father’s prayer which he had written for me before I embarked on my journey to London, UK for my State Registered Nurse Training in 1971. The prayer started with I am of the eternal spirit. It’s a prayer that has sustained me throughout my life. Although I must admit that as great minds like Richard Dawkins say there is no God, and religion is for the delusional, I’ve been trapped between the world of the rational scientific mind and the teaching of the great sages/ prophets. A great friend of mine now dead Angus McConchie introduced me to the power of self- hypnosis and mindful meditation. His god was Richard Dawkins. Thank you for your mindful meditation of looking inward to find what is authentic for each individual, for the authentic spirit within.
Namaste. May you have a wonderful day🙏🏾❤️

I always come back to this particular video whenever in need of yoga Nidra
The tone , voice modulation, pitch is simply the best.
No other yoga Nidra video matches this quality.

I suffer from type II bipolar disorder, and I learned recently that I have high functioning autism. I used to practice meditation, but stopped. I have been trying to come back recently to reclaim the gains that I earned when I was practicing it consistently. I found that it was taking too long to get back to that place, and I became discouraged. It only took two back to back sessions of this practice to make significant progress to how I was a couple of years ago. It’s amazing how much tension I’ve stored in my body over the years, which greatly contributed to my limiting behaviors. I’m finding those negative feelings to be melting away as my mind is finally moving away from my distorted perceptions of reality. Thank you for making this practice as it has already made a significant impact on my well being.

You give me hope ❤. Been housebound since 2019... my hips gave out and I'm stuck on the third floor unable to go down 😢. My life has devolved badly since I can't walk anymore. Now dependant on a rough , uncaring roommate whom I used to care for... life is thus. Strength and faith to all.. mostly, love and peace... my daily prayer right here 😊

I use this practice regularly and it helps me so much! I wake up all the time, early a.m., 3:00 or 4:00. 6 hours not enough sleep. I can move to a different location in my home, listen to this and get more rest. If I am still actually tired, I go back to sleep, or just meditate for the hour and get up and start my day. I love all the mindful movement videos. Thank you so much for providing this for us. Meditation and yoga have saved my mental health over the past 20 years.💜

Andrew Huberman brought me here - so thankful. The only way I can shut my mind and body down. I never realized how tense my body was until I did this exercise. Took me about 5-6 times to finally be able to release my hips - it just felt normal before I learned that I was flexing/clenching them the entire span of my life. Crazy! Thank you!@

This was the first time in listening about 25 times that I could stay awake past the heel of the left foot! :) It may seem weird, but the only person I could think of for the love focus was someone whom I knew 50 years ago and who died. I realized it was his spirit I felt and it was OK. People I love now are complicated! It became clear to me what this is all about ,and it led me into a profound meditation of understanding that Jesus might well have traveled and brought back Buddhist wisdom from the east. Regarding seeking love in your own heart and radiating it outward. A practice.

I love this channel….. how Sarah teaches is amazing; intelligent, thoughtful, intentional. The help through many videos helped through the roughest period of my life - PTSD, and acknowledging life traumas… and her voice is soooo calming. One thing I wish is this video didn’t have reference of a love one to resonate internal happiness. Would love a nidra video without that portion. Thank you for all you do and muchhhhhhhh love 💕 priceless

Thank you so much for providing this tool. I use it regularly and I am usually a very stable and calm person but sometimes experience periods of stress and anxiety. In the last few days I’ve been feeling very anxious and thought that I would need to be checked into a local hospital because my stress levels have been very high yet sleeping with this particular meditation session running and waking up to it as well as using it at various times during the day has calmed me down and reminded me that the ability to relax is something that we possess in ourselves. I just needed to locate it.
