I have found that if I try out a video from someone other than you I get so stressed out because it never feels like I have enough time to stay in a position, which I kinda need as both a beginner and as someone who struggles with balance. Thank you for always taking it slow and for the reminders to not push myself more than what feels okay, as I know I tend to do, and the reminders to modify if that’s what I need. It’s easy to feel like a failure for not immediately being able to do something but I never feel that way with your videos. I hope you have a wonderful day ❤

I did it everyday for 9 months and never missed a day. Now I still do it at least 6 days a week. It’s truly changed my life. I’ve lost weight, I feel way better and it’s a lot to do with you. I don’t think enough people give credit these days and I’m trying to change that. Your channel had an incredibly positive impact on my life. I’m probably never going to visit a yoga studio but I’m right there with ya almost everyday. Thank you ❤

Some days I’ll go to a live class and that’s usually a unique and fun time! Do I always hit my goals? Nope 🙂↔️ But your instructions these last 4-5 years have given me so much confidence, strengthened me to succeed as well as taught me to accept and love myself even when I fall short of my goals. Thank you, Yogi! What’s your favorite class length? I will sign up for your longer program one of these days I promise 😁

Sometimes I do one on its own, if I'm feeling a bit weary ( like today, with jet lag from a looong plane ride) or after some cardio to relax myself before my shower to head to work. Your voice is calming and you've taught me some wonderful poses! I'm wondering about your arm sleeve, is there a meaning behind it? That must have been quite the time commitment! omg this morning i was feeling so tight and sore that i could barely do a child's pose without feeling tension, after this stretch session i feel sooo much better and tried out a child's pose at the end and all the tightness was gone!
