I made a Diet Plan for daily protien intake of 150 gm but as u mentioned sir fibre must be 30-40 gm and fat about 70 gm I am not able to maintain it fiber and fat is about 50-65 gm and 90 gm respectively..You are Awesome Sir so please guide us for maintaining proper diet plan..waiting for your reply..

For peanuts or other nuts, I buy the raw nuts from Indian store that come in packets and bake it at 200 degree F for an hour. They roast perfectly without salt or oil.
+k4bloggs I am not sure if it takes nutrients away but I wouldn't eat raw peanuts. That's how I like them and it is way healthier than oil fried peanuts.

but does the roasting process take any of the nutrients away from it? I heard its best to just soak them
