hey this is sonicjet, I changed my name. anyways is it possible in the near future if you guys can make a video on changing emergency brakes on a z32? i could really use one and haven't really found any videos on it. if you guys don't mind, would be greatly appreciated :) . i need new e-brakes and don't know how to replace them :/
AceDurante hey sonic, i actually need to do this on the silver Z so ill make a video on it, also your Z should get to u this week coming up sorry we’ve all been busy with work.
@@overboost8727 thanks bro I really appreciate it! And thanks for the Z!
@@overboost8727 where you been?
Was this an na to tt swap? Im wondering because Im running a tt swapped/manaul swap in a 2+2 na auto with the same diff. My problem is on the highway, the car rpm is too high. It was fun when I first had the setup, now its annoying. What axle setup/diff setup can I use for the swap?
It's a slicktop, so yes its TT swapped. You're confusing me because you said you have my diff. Then you're asking what setup I have? So what diff are you running?
@@overboost8727 I still have the same na diff. Im just not sure what parts ill need.
@@miketurner1834 ok I understand now, so you're running the na r200 4.08 diff. A direct bolt in diff would be a 97+ q45 diff which has a 3.69 ratio which is the same as a stock TT (but not as strong) that diff will directly bolt up to your current axles and I believe the only thing you may need to modify is the driveshaft flange, or swap it out with your current na flange.
If you want strength then you would need twin turbo axles, hubs and spindles and a pre 95 infinity q45 diff which will have a 3.54 gear ratio. You can also use q45 axles, hubs, and spindles. Double check online in case I left any information out, but that's the bulk of it. You can also run r32, 350z g35 and a few other diffs after you've upgraded to the 6 bolt axles.
I may go to the junkyard and hunt down a 97+ q45. Thanks man. I have a one piece driveshaft from z1. I believe its got a 4 bolt flange.
