So thankful for my friend, Dr. William Lamb. We all can make a difference and people matter! Instead of telling people what they want, we need to tell them who they are. They are somebody and someone is believing in them to succeed.

Life is chaotic. Although, in the chaos, we can serve others, empower others and let them know they matter. Thank you, William, for your insight and experience.

William Lamb's Tedx talk is a powerful reminder that our words can often have such great impact on others. Sometimes we all need a little reminder to be more generous with our positive thoughts.
Yes, I believe "We can impact chaos, if we will empower others to dream!" Well done, William!

Excellent. We don't really have an idea of the impact we can have on others simply by paying attention and showing love. Thank you, William.

Impacting chaos one life at a time. I have known William for 32 years. He lives each day impacting chaos. We all matter. Dr William Lamb has been impacting others for as long as I have known him and my guess is, he will continue. Your chaos has a name.

Excellent talk Dr. Lamb! William, it was an honor to share the TEDx stage with you. Your prayer over me before I spoke is a testimony of the kindness you speak of in this talk. Funny, I didn't realize till now that we both told stories about wedding receptions. Ha! You're good man, and I'm glad to have you as a new friend. I'll share this talk enthusiastically. What makes it extra special is the time span you cover. So often when we have the chance to do good, we don't consider the ripple effect of our actions years and decades from now. This is an important perspective we need!

Great talk! Taking the idea of Entropy as the measure of a systems unavailability to do work and applying it to people, is a paradigm shift in my mind. Imagine the cascading effect if we all impact chaos in our daily lives and give our “system of people” access to more ability to “do work” and unlock those things that were unavailable to us before.

Love this talk. There's so much wisdom here. Dr. Lamb gave practical short-term and long-term solutions to leading in chaos instead of reacting to it or contributing to the chaos. And, he shared this in such a creative way through his bus driver story. Great job on this one!

Watching this during recess at the school you, Dr. Lamb, first introduced me to on our missions trip in 2014. The education system and the culture our students have been brought up in can feel a little chaotic at times and can be a test of patience. However, amidst the chaos I believe those are the three best pieces of advice for any teacher: 1. Serve others
    2. Empower others to dream 3. Help others know they matter
    Awesome insight!

Dr. Lamb, thanks for this message. It is encouraging and being the type of person in life that encounters a lot of others life frustrations, this resonates with me and adds to the constant reminder that hurting people hurt people. It's up to us to look into the hurt and offer love, compassion, patience and ultimately healing. ~ Chris "AkA Craig"

Amazing content and insight. I will use this as a model to share with leadership around me. These action items will be influence on building a culture of CARING with my guests and team members. I am a product of the support Dr. Lamb has shown to others when he attended my senior recital for music. My goal is to imitate and share the same kindness and influence with the culture around me.
